Called and explained to the person anwsering the phone what my problem was and they scheduled an appointment. Sent tech out and the tech had now idea what the problem was. Charged me $55 dollars and then referred me to another company. Do your self a favor and just call another company and save yourself time and money.

Came early, assessed the issue and fixed within 30 minutes. Great value, Jeremy and Chuck were super professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I tried to use this business. I live in Pickerington about 1 mile outside of Franklin county. We're still very much a part of the greater Columbus area. They wanted to charge an additional $55 to go that one mile into Fairfield County. In these times with prices going up and up I just feel this is an unreasonable charge. I find it hard to support a business that obviously doesn't care about customers. Hopefully some day they will reevaluate coming to Pickerington. There's a lot of homes here and probably a lot of business. I'm glad there's other companies to choose from in the area.

Excellent service! Ollie and his partner Micheal made sure my drain was cleared and also made sure that my carpet in the basement was kept clean. Never seen wheel bootie covers before. Would highly recommend them!

Needed a century old water line replaced in a historic neighborhood. Tight working space in and around buildings and gardens did not make it easy. Robert put me at ease every step of the way, explaining as he went. Along with James they prepped the site for boring crew. Bob and Kyle from Sure Shot are the Mac daddies of boring. They landed within inches of their mark. Robert finished the job and I had water before dinner. They charged a fair price. They were efficient. They were professional. Riley came to finish the job and left the property just as they found it.
If you need a water line replaced these are the guys to call.

If you are using anybody else, you are an idiot. Fast, fair and responsive. I called and they were here within 20 minutes. Showed me the problems, told me what they would do to fix them, and fixed them. This is my first call at this house, and used them twice before at my old house, always the same, great.

CPR Drain was prompt and professional. I called at 8:00 am and they were at my house within an hour. They were very efficient and cleaned up after completion.

We called CPR Drain out to our business because of a slow drain. They sent 2 employees the first day that had no idea was what going on. They left and said they would bring their boss back the next day. So all 3 came back the next day. They all left again on that day but not without getting paid $360.00 with the problem not fixed. Said they thought the line was frozen. We have had 3 days of over 50degree weather and the problem still exist. I called to talk to them and they still insisted the line was frozen and they wasn't coming back out until the weather breaks. The employee was VERY rude and told me to just never call them again.

I have used CPR for ten years for maintenance on my septic system and for the replacement of old pipes in our house. Their people are on time, knowledgeable and courteous. They display a "can do" attitude when faced with challenging situations. They are more willing than other contractors we have used, to explain what they are doing and why. I recommend CPR Drain Cleaning highly.

CPR Drain Cleaning was prompt and professional in providing excellent service. After a poor experience with another company 2 months earlier who had “opened” the drain the professionals with CPR brought multiple tech’s to run a camera to show the issues and completely solve the problems. After completion they advised on monitoring the issues to set my own schedule for future cleanings. They are a family business and do not work on commission sales like many. I highly recommend CPR Drain Cleaning.

CPR came when scheduled , even called to let me know they were on the way. Fixed our main drain back-up in the hour specified and were totally courteous and professional. Would use them again and recommend!

I needed them on Sunday night when my home's main drain got plugged - no showers, laundry or toilets for us until this was fixed. I called and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Fast service and reasonably priced!

I must admit, I'm always a little leery when trying out new companies in plumbing, electricity or auto mechanic but these guys blew me away with their customer service as well as their promptness! After another plumbing company(DW)
refused to do the job of cleaning our my main sewer drain in my basement, these guys were there within 2 hours and had the job done in 40 minutes!! They charged a reasonable amount and we're in and out. Alex and Chuck worked together we'll and explained what to do to prevent roots from coming back again. I would use them again.

Highly recommended. Had them out to empty grease interceptor. Supposedly the grease interceptor was cleaned before we opened our business. It wasn't. CPR tech went above and beyond to remove the hardened grease and still charged the quoted price. I will use CPR anytime I need service.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Jeremy and Juan were such nice guys. Jeremy was funny and made me feel better about the issue. I would recommend them to everyone and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't have chosen a better company. Jeremy thank you for a job well done.

They were great. Called late on a Friday afternoon. Said they could be out by next day. Called me back 5 minutes later and said actually a crew could be out in 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes after they arrived they had fixed two blockages and it only cost me $135. Definitely would call them again.

Used them for a second quote after another company told us we needed a major repair. They came out and said it was an easy fix and the other company was incorrect. All is fixed, they were fast, friendly, great priced, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't need. They will be our plumber go-forward.
