EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had an emergency need to get a drain line cleared at our offices. We called a very well know company in town, the tech came out and gave us a quote of $990.00 because he had to have a supervisor come out and use a camera to inspect the drain, what a scam! We said thanks but no thanks. We called CPR and they had two techs out within 4 hours of us calling. The guys were pros, they went right to work and with 15 minutes the drain was clear. They gave a full explanation of how they opened the line and were on their way. Best thin thing is that the cost was 70% less than the person who runs ads on TV all day. Thank you CPR for being fair to customers and getting the job done!

Was in Ohio to care for my 86 year old Mother. She lives in a farmhouse that's over 100 years old. Discovered water in the basement on a Friday afternoon. After calling several plumbers who couldn't come out until the following week I reached CPR Drain Cleaning. They said they would have someone there within the hour. Josh and Kodi two young men came to our rescue!! They were very polite and professional. They ended up running a snake through the drain to clear out roots. We were so thankful for the quick response and great service provided. They even gave us a senior discount on the bill!. Very reasonable price for service! I called on a Friday and was told they were overbooked through Tuesday. The lovely lady answering the phone said she would still take down my info in case there was any time that came available. Within just a couple of hours, they had techs who could help.

The techs showed up when they said they would, very quickly assessed the situation and just as quickly resolved my issue. Techs were nothing but professional, efficient and so kind.

Called for a clogged issue. They came out right away and worked very HARD to figure out the issue. The supervisor came out to help and was fast and educated! He was able to help them clear all my major issues with kitchen,tub and sink ! They were professional and very nice and trustworthy and AFFORDABLE ! CALL THEM ♡

I had CPR come out to get an estimate on a new roof drain. I was fully planning on using them as they are a highly reviewed company and this is a big job that I wanted done right but they never sent me the estimate. I was told they’d have it in a few days and to call them if I hadn’t gotten it in a week. I then called and was told they’d have it out soon. I then called probably 5 or 6 times over the next 2 months and was told every time I’d have it soon and a different excuse each time as to why they never sent it. No idea why they wouldn’t actually send the estimate but if they didn’t want to do the job they should have just said so as I wasted a couple months with this and then called Eco Plumbers and they came out the same day and gave me the estimate on the spot. They then came out and did the job the next week. Much better service and responsiveness from them.

My kitchen sink stopped up overnight. I called and fortunately one of the techs Mike T was in the neighborhood and was finishing up a job. I also wanted my laundry line cleared. The kitchen was a tough job due to some galvanized pipes. The supervisor Oliver had to come out Sunday! They went under the crawl space and showed me where the galvanized piping was vs. the plastic a plumber friend had done. But Oliver said he'd try his best. And the best is what he did! They successfully opened the pipe and unclogged my sink. I was thrilled because I was fearing the worst plus $$$. Both my lines are free of clogs and I couldn't be more happier. Oliver and Mike both were very nice, especially Oliver and was very conversational and a bit funny. I would use them again. He said they should stay open for awhile and to not use my disposal in ways I think it was built for. Now I will be mindful of not putting things in my disposal despite its name its not truly a garbage disposal.

Absolutely wonderful company and people! Had an emergency call on the weekend. They came right out that afternoon and cleared the line. They were kind and helpful, personable and efficient. The dispatcher who contacted me was perfect. She was clear and easy to understand, compassionate, and positive.

My mom's double kitchen sink was draining slowly. I called CPR drain cleaning. Mark and Justin came out and worked very hard to get the drain cleaned. They ran into a problem with a pipe downstairs and had to call the shop for another crew to come out to fix the problem with the pipe. Mark came back out with Izaiah and fixed the issue. All the guys involved in fixing the sink were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Their price was very reasonable. Thank you all for your help and hard work.

I spent 3 hours with Shane and Clayton in the basement of a potential UA investment property acquisition. They ran a camera to the city line, then cleared all the roots/debris clogging the main drain line. They pointed out some potential points of future clogs or failure in the interior galvanized/iron plumbing. I learned more from them in 3 hours than the equivalent time spent in Biochem lecture. I called late morning for a drain cleaning/snake and they were able to come out in about an hour.

One of things I needed was to know where my drain outlet is. Two of them showed up and got straight to work and were done in an hour. They showed me where the drain outlet is, it was completely covered by soil and grass, they dug it out and cleaned it. Afterwards they explained to me how to keep it clean fir the long term. Their prices were fair and i am very satisfied with the work they did.

I have used CPR twice! Once for a bathroom plumbing fix and then a main swerve drain. Both times they were super friendly and fast. Their prices are super fair and they fix the problem with a smile on their face . I would highly recommend them for every plumbing job.

Dishonest company, use someone else. Charged us $350 for abuse?!

Accused us of flushing wipes and abuse. We DO NOT use wipes, at all, of any kind. No one in this home has a period so none of that stuff to worry about.

Litterally do not have any of this in our house but sure, we are flushing a ton down.

They pumped our septic which was quick and straightforward. After 10 days, we had an overwhelming sewage smell inside, leeching into the bedrooms, smelled like a summer day porta potty. When I called, I spoke to a few different folks and was told it would be at least a week, and they might not even be able to get the tools needed to even look at the tank/lines for a leak. I told them I wanted to work with them since they had been out twice and pumped it, and asked to speak to the guy who first came out. I ended up speaking with a supervisor Austin. When trying to see if they could get out sooner, I never asked for same day, just explained the situation I'm in, and like we can't even sleep because the smell is so strong. I am also worried about breathing in the fumes. In my head, I'm expecting to pay quite a bit of money to have them out, a good sale for them. Austin said "I can't move mountains, you need to be realistic." When seeing if there's anything within a week available.

Maybe it's just me, but I would never say something like that to a RETURNING CUSTOMER, let alone any customer. I'm in the midst of a sewage emergency, I can hardly breathe in my own house, trying to ask some questions, trying to get stuff figured out, and they were not helpful. Called another local company, Yoder's, who was able to get a tech out same day and took great care of us.

If you're just getting a pump out, maybe use these guys, but don't expect fast service or good customer service, and if you need leak testing, they currently do not have the equipment to do it. Disappointed to have to leave such a negative review for a small business.

Had them out to clear a drain line. They sent two young men with little experience that could not get the drain cleared. They said for an additional charge they would send a supervisor out. After being charged 235.00 for nothing I wasn't comfortable agreeing to additional charges. These guys are a joke. How can you charge people for a job that you didn't complete.

I have used CPR Drain Cleaning a few times now for kitchen sink drain clogs and sewer pipe clogs. They have been great! Responsive, arrive quickly, nice and knowledgeable guys, and fair with prices. I highly recommend.

Had an issue with my rental house. My plumber tried and finally told me to call CPR. Glad I did! They were fast and efficient and price was more than reasonable.
Fast forward a week later and a project I was working (I'm a general contractor) the main sewer line was backing up. Well we can't turn the house back over to the client like that so we called them again. Same results. Both crews were extremely friendly and a bunch of hard working people. The office team was just as friendly and understood my needs both times. Great job and will use them again!!

CPR camerad and snaked the sewer of our long-vacant carriage house and found the line broken under the alley roadway. Their underground crew came back three weeks later, dug out to a depth of 7 feet, found a section of the old clay pipe had been sawed out and removed when the water line was run down the alley - probably decades ago. They ran a new line back into the house and repaired the roadway. The total cost was almost $9K but for the scale of the job this was good value and the team was efficient and focused, with a can-do attitude.

I had Brandon and Chase out this morning, to help with a plumbing issue. They arrived on time, were very respectful, kind, and thorough. They were very kind, and went above and beyond! They fixed all of the issues I was having, and made sure everything was working before they left. They let me know what they were doing and what the pricing was for each task they did, I would 10/10 recommend them for any services you would need!
