I will use this company for all my home needs! Austin and Dustin were my husband and I’s life savers this week! They kept me up to date on everything and made sure to fix it as quick as they can. I 10/10 recommended!

Great company, reasonable pricing and the plumber was very friendly. They did some repairs on a water heater for me. They were on time did a great job and were very nice. Highly recommended using them for any plumbing needs.

Josh and Montana replaced 5 toilets in my home in a timely manner. They explained to me the work that had done and the cost of the parts that they had to use…This company has done 3 jobs at my home in the last month and the workers have all been very professional.

Zach did a tremendous job in handling the emergency replacement of my garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday within hours of my call. The quick response and professionalism was off the charts. Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I just came back from vacation to find out I had no hot water. I tried everything I knew, but couldn't get it working. I called Custom Care and Montana came out and apparently my hot water control switched to vacation mode. I didn't even know that was a thing. In a day where companies rip people off, they could have said I needed a new tank or control module, but they didn't. Montana knew what the problem was and ONLY fixed the problem. Thank you very much for your honesty and professionalism. I appreciated it very much.

Chris came out for my water heater , fastest and most productive plumber. I have met in my many years of being a landlord and homeowner. I would highly recommend Chris for any plumbing needs !! The hospitality of this man very people friendly on time respectful , cleaned up everything and even left with some friendly jokes ! Great prices as well !!!!

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!

Received excellent services from their plumbing crew and they even installed a new facet for us free of charge. Highly recommend!

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! Great working with Custom Care!

Brandy and the other ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. We really enjoy hearing from Brandy and we appreciate that she is always so kind and sweet, She does her job so well.

After posting my review, the owner of the company reached out to my husband to rectify the situation. He was very apologetic and instantly refunded our money. We appreciate him taking the time to contact us personally and immediately offer solutions.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up and they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time and charged us Again! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor. They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my stairs. The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves.

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

Chris was an amazing good and a complete professional. Was able to help my family out in an emergency situation same-day and was super knowledgeable and considerate. Hands down would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work as well as almost anything else

Chris fielded my call as the service manager on for the weekend. He was kind, courteous and responsive. When his other service tech was going to be a few hours, he went out of his way to help me. As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday. Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost. I appreciated his open communication and overall caring demeanor. I will use this company again, and would recommend them without hesitation!

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional.
