My parents had a guy from this company at their house last wee to do some work and talk about incompetent! He had to keep stopping and calling someone else to help him do the job and it was such a basic job! I pulled in to have lunch and when I got out of my car and I noticed him sitting in his company vehicle with the door open and he was on the phone, talking with his, over loud music voice, so I could hear just about everything. He was telling someone that the owner isn't paying his employees what they are owed or overtaxing them I can't tell you that the trust, or lack there of, factor came into play. How do you trust someone that will not pay the people that make their money for them? This must be why they have very incapable working for them! Which by the way, we had to call another company to come out and fix the work that the guy did and didn't do, or screwed up! I would never and never will recommend this company! Seems to me that this place needs to get it together!

Five star review from us, for sure! There's no substitution for knowledge and experience, and Custom Care Group's technicians have both of those traits, in addition to being very friendly and personable!

During a bathroom upgrade, we ran into a problem when the arm to the shower head broke off, leaving parts of the thread inside the wall. 😳 We thought we might have to open up the wall, but Montana not only figured out what needed to be done, he went above and beyond by making a special trip to get a particular tool he needed. What a pro!

Earlier this week, we'd run into a problem trying to install new coach lights. Again, the technicians were prompt, knew what to do to fix the problem, got the job done in no time at all.

Austin and Nick did a great job. They quickly identified and fixed a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very polite. The pricing was reasonable, and I’ll definitely contact this company again for future plumbing needs.

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.

They refused to do the service then said i would receive a refund. It's been a week no refund now there ducking my calls. Very unprofessional they never put shoe covers on in my house had to throw out my living room rug due to what was tracked by them throw my house. Had to pay another company to do the job I hired them to do. Apparently money back guarantee doesn't mean anything anymore

Water heater leaking. Plumber inspected the water heater and was able to repair it for a significant lower price than a replacement.

Technician, Levi Porter, was extremely helpful and helped put in a temporary fix until we are able to get our lines fixed to prevent further damage. First time using this company but had a great experience due to the technician.

Do NOT use this company under ANY circumstances. They are extremely unprofessional, 2x-3x more expensive than any competitor, and conduct shady business practices.

My experience has been nothing but frustrating. They went out for a drain cleaning and snaked the drain and charged $500+. They shared verbally that a camera scope would be included.
The technician assured me he coordinated the appointment with the camera technician to go out the next day (not sure why he could not just do it while he was there). That technician never went out and I was not called to schedule a follow up or change.

Called the following week to get another appt set up and they set up the wrong appt for another drain cleaning (after clearly stating the intent of the appointment as a camera scope). Day-of they said they would adjust the tech and get out there. I was never called for the reschedule.
Once I finally got an appt set, the technician shared they completed the camera scope and shared options. After requested to get a copy of the video (standard industry practice) I was told it was another $500+ to obtain a copy of the video on top of the services that are needed to clean the drain. This was never communicated in any capacity that there would be an extra cost associated.

They refuse to take any accountability for their actions and unprofessional business dealings.

We had Daniel come out to look at several drains that were not doing their one job of draining and he got everything back into tip top shape. Such a sweet guy to talk to and he gave us some tips to help keep it from happening again!
