Got a hole in one of my copper pipes under the sink. They came out, same day, and got it taken care of quick and very affordable.

I have hired Bartholomew Brothers for both my home and rental properties. They provide excellent service every time!

Couldn't put a zero star review. Had his customer calling to order the materials for him. Refusing to give a total price for the job until it was done. Left us waiting all day with no a/c and at 8:30pm finally he said, " well I just got home" ilI' call tomorrow..... Promised job to be done on Saturday , here it is Monday and still no answer and no a/c!!! BEWARE......

Paul is the most knowledgeable plumber. Honest, up front, and goes the extra mile to do things right. Patrick, his assistant, was on hand to pitch in when needed. I would most definitely recommend using Paul for anything he can do- which seems to be almost everything!

Showed up after a week and promise to come the next day to do the job , since than for two months the guy never showed up to do the work , left me with open sidewalk , also my water was shut -off By the city and i had to get water from my neighbor , after that his wife at Offic told me to look for another plumber , which I found and job was completed within 1 week ,

Have been calling since April to have my filter changed on whole house water system and promised numerous times that Kevin would be out to change for me and he never showed up when promised! So unprofessional. When Kevin put in the system end of last year I was told I could get replacement filters at Lowes or any store. Not true...he left no model number...no wrench which comes with system and I couldn't find a replacement filter. One evening Kevin said he would be over in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Called the office and spoke with his mother regarding these issues and she said she would call me back. Never did. NO STARS.

It took them 3 hours to take out the old faucet in my bathroom and install the new faucet. They had to go out to their vehicle a dozen times for things instead of bringing in what they needed from looking and accessing the job and what would be needed. I have four children at home and the two gentleman kept cussing out loud, at each other and arguing with each other. They left a mess all over the counter and floor from the putty they used and debris everywhere. They got putty smeared all in my throw rug. And the cost was ridiculous for just replacing a faucet. I tried calling the office several times to speak to the owner, got the voicemail and then spoke to the secretary finally, told her the situation. She said she would have him call me, I got no call back. But they called the plumbers here right after I got off the phone with the secretary. And the plumber here was cussing the boss over the phone out loud in front of my children. Very unprofessional! We shouldn't have had to pay what we did and had to clean up their mess, and now have to get the throw rug dry cleaned, or have to buy a new one.

I had work done by them in June 2019. It was a fast fix and a fair price. They replaced the basement portion of my cast iron waste stack with PVC because the cast iron had corroded through.

Also, they noticed something a previous company failed to do and took care of it (a fresh air intake for my tankless water heater).

He also educated me on how to redo my sump pump's drain line myself (which I did do eventually!) after he saw it was being propped together with a bucket on its side.

As of October 27, 2023 the original job that Bartholomew Plumbling was hired for and quoted would be finished spring of 2023 still has not been completed. Does not follow up with clients if schedule changes. Makes agreements for jobs to not follow through with them, lie, manipulate long time loyal clients. The leader of the company also threatens clients family members when inquiring on when yhe job will be completed and ask for a accurate professional date of service. Photos start from Aug. 2023 up to October 2023. Job not completed. Problems reoccurring. Doesn't follow on legal binding agreements.
