Our sewage line collapsed resulting in a sewage flooded basement . Our technicians, Chris and Rough answered to right away and made sure we had functional facilities so we could stay in home that evening. The next day, our excavation team, Emmett and Tommy, worked the entire day to ensure we had access to our facilities over the weekend despite the City of Columbus employees being on holiday. Truly cannot thank those four enough for their kindness and perseverance to keep our house livable and the costs as low as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had a backup in my laundry room that only happened when I washed clothes. I had this company come out and the first guy seemed unsure of what was going on but he kept going with the auger. Black sludge came up, which has happened before but it immediately goes down normally. This time it didn't and filled a good portion of the space. He called someone more experienced to come out the next day. The 2nd guy was helpful and very knowledgeable but the damage was already done by the 1st guy. Now our entire laundry room is flooded with water and debris from the kitchen dishwasher. This was not happening before they came out! It's leaked all the way to the finished portion of the basement so now I have to not only find another plumber, but I also have to have the carpet cleaned before I have another problem on my hands. This is a nightmare and I will never call them again! I feel like they took advantage of us being first time homeowners and not knowing much about plumbing.

SCAM ALERT! I have used a water softener for approximately 30 years. My present softener needed replaced, so I called Rescue Rooter for an assessment. Mike, the salesman/technician, convinced me that I needed an Halo osmotic filter instead. I asked 3 separate times if this Halo Filter would soften my water. Each time he assured me that thru microfiltration, all of the hardness would be removed. Now, 6 months later and $6,000 in debt, I realize Rescue Rooter falsely advertises their expensive product. My skin and hair are so dry that for the first time in my life, I need conditioner for my hair, and used double the amount of lotion after showering. My water is NOT soft, as advertised! CONSUMERS BEWARE!

ARS / Rescue Rooter was responsive to get visit set quickly to install new kitchen faucet that was 12 years old and leaking. Robert Ruse provided excellent service. Good quality work with friendly manner!

I couldn't find a way to communicate this information through your website, so I'm putting this here in hopes someone will address it.

I called to have someone come out and give us an estimate. The person who came out told us they couldn't give us an estimate because it was not his department. While I understood that, he also said that someone from the sales department needed to come out themselves so we needed to set up another appointment. When I asked for the appt to be set for the evening, he called someone at the office and requested for the appt to be set between noon and 2pm. I repeated myself while he was on the phone that the time frame wasn't convenient bc of work and he said that the sales ppl only work until 5 pm. In addition to that, he ended up giving me a ballpark quote of 50% higher than what my neighbor paid for the same job last week through the same company (that's how we got the contact), even though he had initially said he didn't provide quotes. To add to that, he said "most people don't have that kind of money laying around, so you'll probably go on a payment plan". Making a blatant assumption about our finances.

The man who came out was professional, well-spoken and a hard worker. He came in, diagnosed the issue and got the job done, with a great attitude. You've got a keeper with him.

It was great! The technician was on point every step of the way! Gave me a lot of confidence and piece of mind.

I had a water pipe burst due to the freezing temperatures. After calling several plumbers and either getting no response or was told to wait a few days, Rescue Rooter gladly took our call and had someone out to my house within a few hours. I personally want to commend Devin and Levi for their good work and attention to detail. I give Devin and Levi 5 stars.

But overall am taking one star off because the electrician sent out to check our fuse box (the water heater had to be disconnected to get to the burst pipe) put on a hard sell to do a complete rewiring and was unwilling to take no for an answer.

Never calling again waited 5 hours for someone to handle my work order. To be told hours later that they tried to call. when I called right back 1 minute later after the call. I was told they would re dispatched the service. Waited for nothing terrible service.

What a great team! Yesterday - Sunday - the drain valve at the bottom of my water heater jettisoned across the basement and water was spilling out of the water heater. Andy was at my house first thing this morning - Monday - to evaluate and give me an estimate. Tyler and Monty arrived the same day - absolutely wonderful guys - replaced my water heater, answered all my questions and went over the operation and maintenance. Very impressed!

had Rescue come out for backup in my floor drain in the basement. Brian and Taz were fantastic they were very informative and fast and had me back up and draining within an hour. Then Chris came out the next day and ran a camera down the line and was great to work with.

2nd time I had to call to request a different and more experienced repairman. He tested and cleaned the toilet and said it was OK but possible needing a newer toilet? I don't think that has anything to do with the clogging problem. The 2nd guy was quite rude at times yelling at me for "not listening" to him. He also said I should appreciate the fact that I got a discount from your original price of $239. Way too much if you ask me. Your service people need to be taught kinder people skills and speak calmly to us customers.

I had a sewer back up in the basement of my property. I reached out to Rescue Rooter and the woman on the phone was great and got me scheduled for same-day service on a Sunday. She also explained they had a sewer service promotion for $99. The technician, Alfred Asante, arrived about an hour later. He reached out after looking at the sewer line and said the cost would be $584. His English was awful and he couldn't articulate why the cost would not be the original $99, so I reached back out to their dispatch. We got on a three-way call with Alfred and the dispatch agent explained that he was to select the $99 sewer line promotion on his service tablet. He couldn't figure it out. He said he would get started then call me to process the payment. Instead, he just left. He didn't respond to a follow up call or text. So, I called their dispatch back, and after apologizing for Alfred's lack of professionalism, Rescue Rooter rescheduled for another technician to come out later that evening. This was pretty annoying but better than trying to find another service provider that late in the day.

HOWEVER, they sent out technician Daniel Neal who was absolutely fantastic! He arrived and promptly reached out about the issue. He honored the promotional price without hesitation and immediately got to work. He took what was going to be a 1-star review and made it a 5-star experience. I would avoid Alfred Asante at all cost but would highly recommend Daniel Neal - he's the real deal!

Our AC went out after hours on an extremely hot day, and my wife found RightWay Heating and Cooling on Google. She gave them a call, and Blake arrived at our home within 15 minutes. He thoroughly inspected the system, clearly explained the issue, and had everything fixed with our air running again in under an hour. We were incredibly impressed with the quick response and quality service. Blake was awesome!
We would absolutely recommend RightWay and will be using them again if needed!

My kitchen drain was unclogged 20 minutes and $401.00 after the tech showed up. He even gouged up my doorways dragging a machine through my house. This company is way too expensive for the amount of time and “care” that was put into my home.

RESCUE ROOTER really helped me out in a bind! On a Friday night, I accidentally flushed my toothpaste tube down the toilet and it got jammed in there. My toilet was already having problems flushing for quite some time. Rescue Rooter sent out a GREAT technician name Kalvante and he took care of everything that Saturday morning and installed a BEAUTIFUL new toilet for me - one that looks a lot better than the old one I had that was over 20 years old. I am very happy with the quickness of service from Rescue Rooter. They helped me when most other plumbing services are closed during weekends. Again, Rescue Rooter and Kalvante fixed my toilet issue within 24 hours of my call! Thanks again, RESCUE ROOTER to the rescue!

I received clear explanations from the technician, but I was disappointed that it cost so much as I had already purchased a replacement faucet. The technician was here for just about an hour, so I think he was making the same hourly fee as a doctor.

Brian was wonderful. He cane out within 2 hours, assessed the problem honestly and quoted the repair. The repair was made immediately. He was kind and considerate, very reasonably priced also.

We had a very serious clog in a downstairs toilet which basically backed up our entire home! In short we could not flush any of the toilets or shower etc until the clog was addressed. We called Rescue Rooter at 8 PM on Saturday and Colin shows up at 9:30 am Sunday! He was courteous, knowledgeable and had us clear and running and reservoir toilet in less than an hour. The charge was more than fair and we were very impressed with Colin! Highly recommended! Thank you Colin! I know you didn’t want to have to work on a Sunday on a long weekend but you literally rescued our day!

What more can I say? Everyone from the receptionists, to the technicians, to the salesman were EXCEPTIONAL! Kalvante Hughes and John Milburn were very respectful, polite, punctual, and informative. They handled everything quickly and professionally(giving me the peace of mind that I needed). The cost wasn't that bad at all. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!💯🙏🏾
