My service technicians Rough & Tyler were prompt and very thorough. I had been working on a down spout from the house to the curbside drain. Thought I could fix a backup that had occurred from a heavy rain storm. Should have called Rescue Rooter from the very beginning. Simple fix!
Wrong! From now on I will be using Rescue Rooter

Called to have a leaking bathroom faucet repaired. They ended up charging us $1,200 to replace two faucets. Price gouging like I've never experienced. Then we spent another 45 minutes cleaning up the mess after the technician left. Never again.

They came in and fixed my drain quickly. They were super cool.Daniel Neal was my drain specialist you can tell he had a lot of experience.

My kitchen sewer was seriously blocked, and technicians use cables to clean the kitchen & bathroom drains. This is our first time to use rescue rooter company, and the experience is very good. The technician Tyler Difilippo came in a timely manner, was very professional, careful and patiently explained.

Rescue rooter installed my gas water heater in my small condo. They did an excellent job. The installer was very nice and skilled at his job. I give rescue rooter a 10 star rating.

Through Lowes, we were assigned Rescue Rooter to install a new hot water heater to replace our failing 25 year old one. The on-site inspection to give us an estimate was flawless and they were very knowledgeable. They also didn't tack on BS options that other companies had given us. They had the lowest quote. Install day was flawless. They answered all my questions. They were friendly and courteous of our property. Fast, efficient and thorough, too! I would recommend using their services!

Called yesterday on Thanksgiving received call back within 10 minutes. Explained our issue a technician was scheduled for Black Friday between 8 and noon. Received call at 8 am telling me tech would be at our home within 30-35 minutes. He showed up within that time I explained our problem, he checked it out found unit was bad, gave estimate for replacement. I told him we had 2 additional units that were the same age so asked if a discount if we replaced all 3 he gave me the new price for replacing
all 3 so we decided to do so. He had to go find them at the store. Had to go to a couple of different stores so he was gone about an hour. Came back installed all 3 units and was done within 45 minutes. He checked out system we paid up and he was out on the road by 11 am. His name is Paul Kahrmann and he was very professional and I would use him again for our electrical problems.

Rescue Rooter was amazing! Came out Saturday on very short notice and Levi had the sewer line cleared quickly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them whenever there is trouble.

It’s been awhile since we’ve needed a plumber and I was so happy to see Daniel at my door. Daniel was here back in 2022 and saved us! Having someone that knows our house and plumbing gave me peace of mind today. We called this morning and Daniel was here by 12:15!! He saved us again!!! Thank you so much!!

Don't fear! Utilized Lowe's sales and install package. Rescue Rooter was prompt with site visit and quotes. No pushy calls, asking if i was ready. 125% better value then the next competitor quote. Took a week to consider options, and called to schedule. No issues. Service tech was prompt and great to talk to about concerns. The level of skill was impressive. Everything done in under 2 hours. I highly recommend!

Exceptional and talented work. We have new ceilings throughout our house put in to get rid of the "popcorn" ceiling. A few months ago, we noticed there seem to be a small stain that started to appear and realized there was some persistent leak not easy to locate. We called Gundy Plumbing on a Wednesday and they promptly and showed-up on time when they said they would the following day. It was not easy to locate where this leak was and through the process of elimination, Gundy Plumbing was able to discover which faulty pipe it was. Not an easy task but the expertise lead to solution to our problem. No more leaks and the work was excellent! Trustworthy, excellent work and prompt service.
