Caitlin was very thorough and got into all the nooks and crannies. She was very professional and brought her own equipment and cleaning supplies. The company is a family owned business and really flexible and easy to work with. Prices are fair and their team does excellent work. We love the service!

Caitlin did an amazing job on our cleaning and was even looking at the floor from different angles to make sure it looked spotless! My guests even noticed and complimented me on how clean my house was. As a busy working mom, it is sooo refreshing to come home to a house that clean. I will definitely be using Heavenly Touch for all my cleaning needs in the future!

I’m very pleased with my service . I had the deep clean service done at my house . The entire staff was friendly and professional. I met a few …Tia , Charlotte and Elijah ( sorry if spelled incorrectly) and they went above and beyond to handle all of my needs. They worked well together with communication with a revolving staff since they were there for the entire day. The owner Richard even came out to help and make sure everything was done properly. Can’t wait to start my bi-weekly cleaning service . Definitely recommend.

Autumn did a priority cleaning for us when we moved into our new home. Our plan was to have her thoroughly clean our new kitchen. When she arrived, she shared with us that the kitchen was left relatively clean and would not take her the entire time. We talked through other areas of the house she could clean to make the appointment worth our while. I appreciated her openness and willingness to help us in other areas of the house. Autumn did a beautiful job and worked around all the other contractors and movers we had in the home at the same time. We also appreciate that the snapmaids team worked hard to fit our job in last minute.

Rachel and her partner did an AMAZING job deep cleaning our house. They were quick, professional, and thorough, and did great with our two dogs too! I’m excited for them to come back monthly!

We're 2 warehouse workers who often work 6 days a week. Neither of us is great about being the cleanest. Our place was really dusty and grimy.

For our 1st service, we selected a deep clean service with a fridge and oven clean because my mom is coming to visit soon. Charlotte and Gabe were very prompt, came fully prepared, were friendly, and had a positive attitude. They spent a good chunk of their day making our place sparkle. We were so thrilled when we got home. I told my partner it felt like we were in a nice hotel instead of our apartment. Could not have been happier. Definitely got what we hoped for.

Love the thorough job that the SnapMaids team does! Tia not only does an amazing job with cleaning, she also knows our pet's names and talks to them while she works. We recently used Snap Maids for a deep clean of our home. Jasmine, the owner, was extremely responsive when we initially sent an inquiry. She was professional and thorough in explaining the services offered and the details of the quote. Her team arrived exactly on time for our cleaning and were very friendly. After a quick tour of our home, they worked very independently and made fast friends with our yellow lab.

Our home looked beautiful when they were finished and Jasmine called to follow up on our satisfaction. She also mentioned that the team finished more quickly than anticipated so our final bill came in under quote, which speaks volumes about her integrity.

SnapMaids - I can not say enough positive things about the service they provided. The way this company is organized is fantastic. From the first phone call with Jasmine, to when they walked out the door after cleaning our entire house, they provided top notch, professional service. The technicians that came were meticulous, paid attention to detail and got every nook and cranny of the house. You get what they promise - plus. Our family was super impressed that the owner, Richard, came out an personally did a walk through and checked to make sure nothing was missed. Great Communication about the services, updates so you have exact arrival time, fees are straight forward, updated scheduling and payment options... again, thoroughly impressed.

I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Rachael and Charlotte! They were so detailed and made sure that nothing was left untouched. I had them clean a condo I was renting so my landlord had nothing to deal with as I was relocating from OH to SC. I only wish I could have packed them up and taken them with me! I highly recommend SnapMaids and both Rachael and Charlotte. They are worth every penny and are extremely easy to deal with. Thanks for the hard work!

Elijah did an amazing job on our bathrooms and got stains out of our shower that I thought were impossible to remove. The customer service with Jasmine was top notch and she was so sweet. We will definitely use again in the future!

Rachel has been terrific for us. She is thorough with her cleaning and she has a lot of patience while our dogs try to distract her from working. She is absolutely the most consistent cleaner that I've had over the last couple of years.

Used service for the first time recently. Very deep clean and very thorough. They have a process in place where work done gets checked by another and the end result is great. Will definitely use them in the future. Me and my cats too really liked Tia's work (I was home when she was working on the same floor). She's very nice and has a great personality.

Richard came out very quickly to give an estimate and when they could do the work. Both the quote and how soon they could get cleaning performed were fantastic. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a phenomenal job. I will 100% b using their services again.

Kaleb and Seth came out to my house yesterday and did a really good job. I went to work shortly after they arrived and when I came home the house looked completely different. The even made the beds and made them cute for the kids which was a nice touch that I wasn’t expecting.

The team did a wonderful job at my parents’ home. My parents have mobility issues and the ladies were very kind and helpful on top of doing a very thorough job cleaning. It’s a relief knowing that my parents have a clean and sanitized home to help keep them healthy.
