Rachel & Chassidy did an amazing job cleaning my house. I’ve had a couple of different cleaners over the years and haven’t been that impressed. I’ve been reluctant to try again. I’m so glad I actually tried SnapMaids after looking at many of their excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. They are very thorough. They do a follow up the next day to make sure you’re happy with the job. I’m going to be using them on a regular basis. I’m so happy to have found a good quality company that cares.

Every single member of the SnapMaids team has been exceptional. Our first visit was a “top to bottom” clean which was a deep clean to prepare my home for last minute weekend guests. Jasmine was so pleasant and accommodating from the very first call. Gabe was kind and professional while he tackled the kitchen in perfect detail. Owen is so sweet and is an absolutely meticulous cleaning pro. Charlotte is a cleaning tornado and such a joy to have in our home. I’m thrilled at the difference they made in my house and I genuinely trust and enjoy these kind people in my home. Their work was so fantastic that I established a bi-weekly service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have now had three monthly visits from Snapmaids and they are phenomenal! The first visit was a deep clean with monthly maintenance since. Charlotte and Elijah especially are exceptional! Friendly, focused, professional. And Jasmine is awesome! They are great at communicating; keeping notes on our special needs; and working with us when we had to unexpectedly cancel one visit. Seth did an amazing job cleaning my dirty bathroom, it looks almost new again!

My Sister uses this company and she recommends them so I tried them fist is pricing they gave me a random price we have extacly the same apartment in the same area as well but I was paying almost extra $100
Cleaning wise they only have 1-2 professional that actually knows how to clean the rest never cleaned good I ended my service and currently looking for another company becase I ended up putting baking soda under the furniture and in corners to see if it will ve cleaned and it wasn’t cleaned the manger came over and I showed her and she said this is unacceptable and we will send someone else to clean the secound person came and did a terrible job because I can still locate the baking soda in addition to the they didnt clean the bed I had to make it after them
Dont waste your money because youll have to trick them to understand that they dont actually clean
When I made this comment to the cleaner before they dmsaid you can move to the deep cleaning package but vacuming the floor and making the beds should be easy and in any package

I have some health issues that have been keeping me from making my home as clean as I would like. I have hesitated hiring a service thinking I should be able to get it done. I am thrilled that I gave in and hired SnapMaids. We had Gabe and Charlotte and they went above and beyond to make our home sparkle. I actually don't think the bathrooms have ever been so immaculate. They are incredibly friendly to our sweet cats Gouda & Brie. I could not be happier with the service we received. I hope they are the ones who come back to our home.

Snapmaids sent three of their employees (Caleb, Seth , and Adrianne) to do a deep clean at my home. All three were excellent workers; expertly cleaning and paying close attention to detail. Very friendly workers that completed all requested tasks. These three individuals definitely reflected Snapmaids excellent reputation.

The actual cleaning was excellent - absolutely no complaints!! AJ and Seth were a great team; highly efficient AND very personable. Were I to book again, I’d request them. The pricing, though, is too high for our ongoing needs. I wish there was a pricing category for monthly light-cleaning.

AJ and Seth were amazing. See my longer review on the company’s website. They were courteous, beyond competent, and thorough. I would be thrilled to have either AJ or Seth back in my home, but they have also demonstrated that SnapMaids’ employees are all well trained and of a high caliber. I highly recommend this company.

We use SnapMaids every 4 weeks for cleaning every room on the first floor. The staff does a super job completing tasks that are difficult for me including washing hardwood floors and deep cleaning the shower stall. I make an effort to put away objects and wash all linens before they arrive. Dirty laundry goes downstairs to the laundry room. We load and run the dishwasher with dirty dishes/vases before they arrive. It only takes me a few minutes to replace throws, rugs and tablecloths after they leave.

Kaleb did a wonderful job for us. We had just done a remodel (tons of dust) so he definitely had his work cut out for him, but he really impressed us with how well he did. Thanks!

Bait-and-switch pricing – very disappointing
I was quoted a specific price for a job and agreed to move forward based on that. However, after the work was completed, management suddenly changed the pricing and tried to charge me more than what was originally agreed upon for continued services. When the new pricing was sent the message included no reasoning which felt even more sneaky. When I called out the much higher rate, reasons given included and I quote “factors like pet hair, dust, and ongoing projects make two techs the best fit to keep things consistent and thorough” Mind you we talked in depth that the main reason I wanted cleaning was because I have 3 German shepherds so there was absolutely no surprise to pet hair. I laughed at the “ongoing projects” comment as well. I had a single project going on - I installed new molding in a living room and swept and mopped the room before they came so there was absolutely no residue from the project. Seemed like a way to reach for an increased price. She even tried to make an attempt to sound honest that other companies would just increase the price at a later time…..This kind of behavior is unprofessional and feels dishonest. I won’t be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for transparent and trustworthy service.
