An absolutely beautiful company and I mean it is run beautifully by a family. To find a company this five star worthy is a special gift.. They work with you on time, price, management of your project. Etc. Immediately they want to know your goals so they can make that come true for you and bring everything to fruition that you wish to have happen in your home. This company does so much more than clean-. They organize the areas that need help. They are a wonderful family of excellent professionals. We needed a last minute cleaning at my parents' home. I called on Monday and received an immediate quote, which we felt was very reasonable, and got put on the schedule for just two days later. The team, Ashley and Jasmine, completed the cleaning today. They were prompt, friendly and worked quickly but efficiently to bring the home some much needed love in the cleaning department. My Mom is just so thrilled with the great job they did!! Thank you!

I had a great experience with this service. I appreciated that they were responsive and helpful when I called on the phone. And day-of, they communicated with me by text, which was helpful for me to plan my day. I did ask that they come in the morning and they had to switch it to the afternoon, but that worked out fine for me. Erin, Nicole, and Jasmine were each professional and did an excellent job with cleaning my home. Their communication with me during the cleaning, by asking what my expectations were and if everything looked okay, was very appreciated.

I hired Heavenly Touch Maids on behalf of a client and both the client and I are thrilled with the work they did. This was a challenging situation and Gabriel, Kim, Nevada and Toni approached my client with compassion and professionalism. They were prompt, hardworking and very dedicated to making my client's home clean and healthy again. Their prices are also very reasonable. I called 5 different companies and Heavenly Touch quoted me the best price. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Worse cleaning experience I've ever had. Fired them in January after a team of two arrived in between 10:15 - 10:30 a.m. and left at 11:30 then charged me $140. That's $70 an hour. Though we are in an apartment, I felt this was a rush job. We already were having problems with previous cleans by them so we intentionally left some easy to clean spots that were obvious in order to see whether they cleaned them. They did not clean the dining table or the area around the coffee pot and the coffee table still had grime. Two weeks after the cleaning, I noticed that an original and relatively costly painting had a crack in it. The painting was on wood from hurricane Katrina so it is pretty heavy. Upon further examination, it was obvious that the painting had been knocked off the wall and hung back up. There was a gash underneath the frame and paint flakes on the floor. We did not have visitors during that time and I can assure neither my fiance nor I did it. During a previous clean, the team broke an ostrich egg. There was no apology but the tip money was gone. Don't be fooled by the title, there's nothing heavenly about this company's touch. This occurred in Akron, Ohio where I am currently located.

We had our service done about a week ago and are still talking about it! We decided to try this service as a birthday gift for my wife, and ended up super pleased. Ashlee and Toni were professional and thorough for the entire appointment, and even willing to provide some cleaning tips while they were here. Not a stone was left unturned! The service surely exceeded expectations and would confidently recommend to anyone needing a "reset" - we intend to continue to use the service in the future.

Our church, St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, in Barberton receives cleaning services from Heavenly Touch. We appreciate their work. Yesterday our cleaner, Ashlie, did an exceptional job. She worked hard for 4 hours and was very thorough. She is a personable and conscientious individual. Thank you Ashlie.

I wasn’t sure who to call regarding a final clean in our home prior to selling, but after a little research, Heavenly Touch promptly reached out, patiently waited for a time that would work out for us, scheduled us quickly, arrived on time and the cleaner was incredibly thorough, very courteous and tuned into every detail. When my longtime housekeeper retired, I found Heavenly Touch at a neighbor's suggestion. They are communicative, timely, accommodating, and good at what they do. Ashlee and Destiny did a great job cleaning my house this week. I'm hoping to see the same faces as I move forward with this company. I'm just two visits in, but so far so good!

Found Heavenly Touch Maids online while searching for someone to clean my mom’s house. We have been highly satisfied with the company as a whole. The owners are impressively responsive to any questions or concerns. Even reaching out personally to ask how things are going. Recently we mom’s house was cleaned by Sarah and Juliette. After cleaning mom’s bathroom Sarah came out to ask me to check her work! She was very personable and always had a smile on her face. Yesterday mom’s house was cleaned by Juliette, who was also very personable and kind. I was able to point out areas that I believed needed extra attention and she assured me she would take care of those areas. One area mentioned was her hardwood floors specifically under her beds. While walking past the bedrooms I was so happy to see Juliette kneeling down using the extension for the vacuum to sweep under her beds. My mom has always kept her house sparkling clean. At 91 yrs old we wanted to give her help to maintain her standards. And Heavenly Touch Maids has proven to be the team that will do this for us. Starting with owners who take immediate action if questions and concerns arise and witnessed in action through their dedicated employees who take pride in their work.
