I’m really pleased with my experience with Cottage Care. After submitting my online request I was called right away by a representative who took all my information, gave me the pricing and scheduled my first cleaning session. Before that session Christy the local manager called and gave me some more information and answered questions. Shelby was the cleaner who came to my house. She was lovely and worked really hard because the place hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My apartment looks wonderful and it feels so good to have it really clean again. After the cleaning Christy called again to check how things had gone and to set up a regular schedule. I’m very happy to have found Cottage Care.

We have been using Cottage Care for years and were so happy that they could still clean for us when we moved to another location. Holly does a terrific job and is always on time. We trust her and know that she works so hard to keep up with our cleaning. We would absolutely recommend Cottage Care to all of our friends and associates.!

We've worked with Cottage Care for about 6 months and our experience has been fantastic! They helped us with move-out & move-in cleans for both our old and new house and now provide routine cleans in our new home. The team has always done quality and efficient work. They arrive on time, are kind, respectful, and professional. It's been easy to modify the cleaning plan as needed to either add seasonal extras, a certain area that needs special attention, or even just tips for how to tackle issues that arise between cleanings (due to kids & dogs!) On the rare occasion that something needed follow-up after the clean they were responsive, friendly, and addressed the issue quickly. We are happy to recommend the CottageCare team!

I’ve been using Cottage Care monthly for a number of years and I intend to continue. They are efficient, careful, thorough, pleasant and respectful about my “stuff”. They clean around my projects and carefully dust my collections. They leave my home polished and fresh smelling.

The service was fantastic! They did a wonderful job. There were so many little things such as folding blankets, fluffing pillows and going the extra mile to make sure everything was just right before leaving. The team, Clarissa, Cheryl and Christie were friendly, effective and did a great job. Overall, very happy and impressed!

Shelby and Clarissa did a fabulous thorough job. Our house has never looked better. They were on time and super nice . Every crevice and corner were cleaned. The floors and bathrooms are gleaming. My house looks and smells amazing. The cleaner even got the very dirty, intricate crystal chandelier looking sparkling new! Overall, working with cottage care has been a god-send. They come and do the deeper cleaning that makes it easy for me to keep it up throughout the week. In addition to the regular stuff they do, the cleaner even does little things for my disabled mom like getting a package off the porch or carrying something to the kitchen. My mom and I are thrilled with the service.

Great service and quality company for a very fair price. I have used Cottage Care for 6 years and have been very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for cleaning services. If there is an off week, managers are quick to respond and address any problem. I have used other companies and this is the best!!

I am blessed to have my home cleaned by Cottage Care monthly. They consistently do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. I love getting home on cleaning days! My personal favorite thing is the sparkling kitchen floor (that’s my least favorite task). Also once I added on the cleaning of fridge and oven - amazing so add that if you can 😁

Beautiful job. Very thorough. Only think that was not done was inside microwave. However, there is a child lock built in and they probably didn’t know how to open it. I should have shown them.

2 gals came for our 1st time cleaning and did a great job! They were very thorough! A bit pricey for my house size. Am waiting to see how our follow-up cleaning goes!

We had our first clean last week and the staff did amazing. It was one of the girls first week and you would not have known. The team was here for several hours and we did a walk through after the cleaning and couldn’t have been happier with the results.

I received a gift card for Christmas for a few monthly cleanings and we've been incredibly happy with this company! They've been on-time, efficient and have left our home spotless each time. They're very careful and professional. It's such a great experience to leave home in the morning and come home in the evening to a clean home! Baseboards, microwave, floors, bathrooms, etc. Can enjoy days off now instead of always cleaning!

The CottageCare came this week and did a great job! I needed a deep clean after not having regular house cleaning services for the last 18 months. They got my house ripped into shape and I’m looking forward to monthly visits from them to keep the dust bunnies down and my bathrooms and kitchen sparkling!

I have only had 4 cleanings so far but they have been wonderful. I am notified about the arrival time the day before the cleaning. They have been very nice and courteous and the house looks great when they are done.
