Whoever drives the van for this company needs their license revoked. Watch this van drive about 2 inches behind the car in front of it for miles.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever witnessed by two of the most unprofessional workers. With sagging pants they left my mothers carpet drenched with water (over 2 gallons of dirty water were vacuumed out AFTER they said the carpet service was complete and had left) truly disappointed

Cleaner Mark came to my house plugged equipment into outside outlet burned it up the manager tells me well it was probably old my carpet was wet for 4 days was told it would’ve been dry after 24 hours Mark told me 6-8 this company does not want to be held accountable for what happened Would Not Recommend them at all nothing was their fault if you do use them it’ll be the old saying You get what you pay for

Might as well just ran the vacuum my living room and hall way looks the same just can see the lines in the carpet where the cleaner went they didn't move any furniture not even my rug... I'm just disappointed. Would've done a better job myself

They showed up on time and did a good job cleaning. I added cleaning my furniture and they also did good at that. What really impressed me is, I told them I was having a party and needed everything dry ASAP and they left a blower with me after they were done to make sure it was dry for my party.

They were in and out in 20 minutes for three big rooms. Their equipment was subpar. They sprayed some kinda of brightener to make it appear clean however the chemical put down couldn’t even be removed by a quality company afterwards. They needed to remove cat urine but only used a chemical clean, steam should be used to actually remove the waste. Stay away and look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. Very disappointed in this company.

I cannot even give them one star! The techs were rude,arrogant,and not at
all professional! The one teck had his pants hanging below his butt cheeks!
They never pre-treated any of the stains...then i had to supply their hot water (which I had not been informed of prior to their arrival). I had to ask for the plastic protector sheets and Styrofoam blocks for the futniture.
They left my carpet soaking (and I DO mean SOAKING wet). I used my Rainbow vacuum to suck out the carpet after 5 hours of drying...and extracted over 2 gallons of FILTHY water.
All in all...
It was a HORRIBLE experience!

Cleaning scheduled from 10-12 no one showed up until 12:10pm. Thought I would get a call the day before to confirm my appointment. I cancelled due to an appointment I had to keep.

Waste of time and money. I thought I was paying for my carpets to be cleaned. They vacuumed them and sprayed them with a neutralizer for 160.00. Still smelled a week later. My wife tried to reach out to them and got no response back. Never again. We went and bought our own carpet cleaner.

I had Mark from Special Touch Carpet cleaners at my home on 12-28-2019 to clean 4 areas. When I called on 12-16-19 and made the appointment I set up for my family room, stairs up to the 2nd floor, the upstairs bridge area and the master bedroom to be cleaned. I specifically stated that my family room was going to free of all furniture as it was the room that has the most traffic.
When I was called by my friend Jimmy and told Mark was going to be early I told him what was going to be cleaned and to move the TV from the family room. I was back at my home in less than 20 minutes after speaking with Jimmy. Mark the guy cleaning the carpet was on the upstairs bridge as I walked in. As I walked over the family room carpet and then up the stairs the carpet was very wet. I asked my friends how much he had been done and they said he had done the family room the stairs. He was doing the bridge when I told him we had some furniture to move and he said it was ok to walk on the wet carpet. He started on the master bedroom and we started to move a bed. I was Looking over the railing down at my family room carpet an asked Mark if he was hitting the family room since he a apparently sprayed it with some form of cleaner. He stated that he had already done the family room.
I said to Mark how was the family room carpet cleaned if it looks like it’s never been touched. All the while I had 4 other people in my home at the time moving furniture between bedrooms listening to us.
He started off saying he has been doing carpets for 20 years and it will never be cleaner than what I was looking at. I was in disbelief of what I was hearing and I was not at all happy what he was saying and the attitude he was giving off. He said with what I took as a disrespectful tone “I will take off $20 bucks” I paid him just to get him out of my house with all intentions of calling Monday morning to dispute the charges for this non cleaning. The machine he brought in did nothing more than swirl around some cleaning spray he put down and cleaned nothing as the pictures I have included will show.
I had a friend bring his wife over the very next morning with a home Bissel carpet cleaner and run a line up the carpet Mark said was as clean as it would ever get.
I called on December 30 at 9:55am and spoke with a Diana and explained the situation and she stated she could not do anything and the office manager was not coming back until next week.
I waited over a week for a call back that never came. So I called back on 1-8-2020 at 10:16 am and left a message for the office manager.
1-8-2020 at 12:18 pm the office manager Diane called back. I stated to her what had happened and that I had witnesses and pictures to verify what had gone on. She was relentless in defending Mark and went as far as stating the pictures I had were not of the same room. That was the end of trying to reason with her as it was apparent that she is not going to own up to their failure to clean my carpets as one would expect.

I hired M&M carpet cleaning on 12-31-19 who provided what carpet cleaning is supposed to be. Clean looking carpets as the pictures will show as he cleans the family room floor. I had him do everything Mark did as I knew none of what he did was clean.
To think that I was told by Mark that my carpets were as clean as they were ever going to be is despicable. I am not gullible enough to think I am the only person he is telling these lies to.

If you want clean carpets these are not the people to hire.

Also note that their process for cleaning carpets is not recommended by most if not all major carpet manufacturers.

As promised, your techs arrived within the 2-hour window I was scheduled for with hardly a minute to spare! At 11:00! That's quite a feat seeing as how I was the first customer of the day!

Your knowledgeable, dedicated, professional staff got right to work a half hour after they got there! Talk about work ethic! Once your tech got his pants pulled up his service was invaluable for holding up the doorway and checking his phone!

Upon completion, they assured me it was quite normal to have the water ooze up between my toes when I walked on the carpet.

Once I paid the fee, I realized that my senior citizen gym membership cost about the same! Just as well considering the workout I got by the time I was done pushing, pulling, lifting and squatting to extract all that nasty, dirty water that was left behind in my carpets.

I sure appreciate your offer of re- cleaning any problem areas. However, there only appears to be one area. The ENTIRE area!

I'm not so sure it's a good idea to re-saturate the carpet at this point as it has nearly finished drying!

Perhaps if you were to add a mold and mildew treatment I just might reconsider...

Being in the cleaning business myself I understand how important one's reputation can be. I will be sure to pass along this less-than-stellar experience to all my residential and Commercial clients, as well as the nearly 100 people who reside in my apartment complex. You've really made a name for yourself!

Horrible! You can't even tell the carpet was cleaned. I had one piece of furniture in the entire house and had to call for them to come back because they "cleaned" around it and not under it. When I called, I was asked if it was clean under the chair even though I just said it was not. Rude customer service as well. The one star is for my recliner looking wonderful. The carpets don't even look cleaned and the deodorizer was a complete waste of money as was the cleaning charge. Stuart was rude from the get go and was extremely rude when having to come back to to under the chair.

I rent my home out while I travel and rely on Special Touch Carpet Cleaners to keep my carpets looking amazing.
