I had been through 4!!! cleaning companies since I've been in Ohio. I consistently had to go behind them and do the job I hired them to do. I had just parted ways with the 4th when a friend of mine referred me to Bill and Ajax. I called Bill and set up a meeting to discuss my company's needs. Bill listened intently to my concerns and my fear of hiring another cleaning company. Bill discussed in great length the benefits of using Ajax and the standards of his company. I hired him after the meeting. I can't express how relived I am knowing that I dont have to worry about what I'm going to find when I I open my business daily. I open a shop that has been PROFESSIONALLY cleaned. If I have a question about any service or need additional service Bill has always been there for me. Very fair pricing for the services his company offers and just a great guy. Thanks Bill.

We were a client of Ajax Commercial Cleaning for several years. Unfortunately, we had to terminate our contract due to ongoing non-performance. Despite raising concerns on multiple occasions, issues consistently went unresolved.

Communication with both Logan (President) and Misty (Manager) was particularly disappointing—messages went unanswered, and scheduled meetings were frequently missed without any notice. The overall lack of responsiveness and follow-through from management, coupled with inconsistent performance from the cleaning crew, led us to lose confidence in their ability to meet basic service expectations.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Ajax Commercial Cleaning.

Special Touch was recommended to me by a friend. I am glad I called them. The technician's that did the work were both very professional and did a great job. Before they were completely done I could tell a difference. Will be calling again in the future
