Steve was awesome! Installed an EV charger and 10 overhead lighting fixtures. Super nice guy, very competent, reasonably priced. Will definitely use on future projects!

Tommy inspected and tuned my furnace. He was thorough and informed me of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He offered some recommendations and showed me pictures.
I was very pleased with his service call.

Great job. Our geothermal unit was making an awful sound. We were afraid the motor was failing and it was going to be an expensive repair. Gabriel came out and quickly found the problem and fixed it and a very reasonable price. Great service extremely happy!

Always such professional service in many years that we have had the pleasure of dealing with Shanklin, having new furnace installed which is so much more efficient and eventually also needing a new a/c unit the quality and honest pricing in my opinion is actually second to having the pleasure of dealing with really nice and intelligent employees they are very courteous and respectful of your home.
Do yourself a favor and call Shanklin’s if and when you have issues they can help you with high quality products and good people

Shanklin had a cancellation and got us in three days before we had originally scheduled our appointment. Their tech was on-time, courteous, and comprehensive. He did a great job explaining our issue, repairing it, and advising us on how to prevent it again in the future.

Gavin did an exceptional job! He was also kind, courteous, and took time to explain things to me in an unhurried way.

Steve arrived before 9 this morning to repair the light fixture holding a red light to colorfully illuminate our garage for Christmas. He completed the task in less than 15 minutes. I am very pleased that I was not charged. Merry Christmas.

Lack of communication or even a response from the team at Shanklin...My grandmother in-law had gotten $10K+ worth of work done at her house several months back including a hot water tank, and new HVAC system. She had complained about an extreme lack of water pressure since they installed a hot water tank. So, a month or so removed from the work done, I called Shanklin on her behalf and arranged an appointment. From my conversation with the rep, I understood that the inspection would be complimentary given the work that had just been done. Unfortunately, they charged her $125 for the service tech to say "yeah, you need a plumber" and 15 minutes of his time with nothing done.

Fast forward to today, after repeated attempts to talk with somebody about the issue, my calls have been getting passed around and nobody has wanted to handle the issue or even communicate at all about my concerns. I'm sure the work they did was solid, but I am disappointed in their lack of communication or care for my concern in charging someone on a fixed-income $125 for nothing.

Might have been the first time that someone came to my appointment exactly when they were supposed to (8am sharp)!
Gavin introduced himself and told me what he was going to do.
At the end he gave him his recommendations. I also mentioned that our thermostat occasionally turned off, and he gave me recommendations for a new one and installation options.

One of the best decisions I made after buying my home was calling Shanklin! The receptionist was super knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what to expect at each visit. She was detailed, patient, and answered all my questions.

Gabriel came out first to make sure my furnace was ready for winter, and later Noah and another team member cleaned my HVAC system. They were both so professional and friendly — and honestly, the only service that’s ever worn shoe protectors without me asking!

I’d recommend Shanklin to anyone for their heating and cooling needs. They really go above and beyond!

I have not had a lot of experience with Shanklin as of yet, but my first experience with them has been just phenomenal! They are very professional, knowledgeable, super organized, and exceptionally friendly. I was a bit confused about the process of financing because it is the first time for me, and Kevin went over and beyond to make me feel more comfortable and offered to come back to help me set up the whole process if necessary. From my first phone call with the secretary to everyone else I have spoken with, Shanklin also seem very trustworthy and honest thus far, and that is super important for maintaining a long-term service relationship with an HVAC company who seems to care about their customers' satisfaction. Also, prices seem very reasonable. I highly recommend Shanklin for your HVAC needs. It is obvious that they care about customer satisfaction and aim for quality workmanship.

Update: Having a little more experience with Shanklin now, I can tell that the technicians are highly skilled and experienced and that Shanklin holds high standards on their quality of work. Our technician was able to spot a mistake made by our previous HVAC company and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. Shanklin is a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously. Everyone has been super friendly. We could not ask for a better HVAC company and are very happy we made the switch to Shanklin Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electric.

The two technicians (Chris and Brandon) were very friendly and were able to give a breakdown of everything regarding our furnace needs and concerns. It was a joy having these two in our home today. If you want a service that provides outstanding professional assistance on your heating or cooling needs, I definitely recommend Shanklin. This was our best experience as home owners working with Shanklin. We look forward to their services again in the future!

We love Shanklin. We trust their techs to be honest with information and always work with us when it comes to scheduling. It’s a bonus to be able to text with a customer service rep who will work with you at your own time and not have to be bogged down by a phone call.

We had our 35 year old AC replaced with a new one. Phil was absolutely amazing when coming to our home to give me a quote. He was friendly, informative, quick, and I did not feel pressured to make a decision on the spot which I appreciated. When we decided to go with Shanklin, the process was quick and easy. They were able to get us on the schedule within a few days. The two techs who came out to perform the install were friendly and efficient. They came in, did the work, asked if I had questions, and left. Easily the most painless process possible. Thank you to all involved in helping us get a new AC!

We are in our 4th year at this home and thought it may be a good idea to get the ducts cleaned. The neighbors use Shanklin so we gave them a call. Andrew was the tech that came out and he was great. Professional and respectful to our home and family (even the furry ones that don’t respect personal space) and the before and after pics were incredible! Good price and great work.
