Hired Rock plumbing through our general contractor. Their work was exactly what was needed for our remodel, on time and on budget. They also, clearly knew their trade. We were specifically impressed that their work focused on doing it “right” rather than as-fast-as-humanly-possible. Isaac took the time to answer my extra questions patiently and thoroughly. We can’t recommend Rock Plumbing enough! Isaac and Joel have done multiple jobs for us, from installing a full bathroom in our basement to putting in a water softener system, plus a few house calls in between. They've been super efficient and the quality of their work is top notch. Every single experience has been excellent!

Isaac from Rock Plumbing was great! He kept us in the loop and arrived when he said. He replaced a large section of our pipe in a timely/clean manner. Hopefully we don't have any more old pipes go bad, but if we do we'll be sure to give him a call again!

I had an upstairs shower in a house built in 1911 with an old, rusting cast iron tub. Isaac removed the old and put in a new shower and tub combo. With other plumbers I would have needed to replace my floor and fix my walls afterwards. Isaac used trim to fill in the gaps and finished everything off beautifully so no extra work was needed! I am so pleased. What a facelift for my bathroom!

Rock Plumbing installed a new toilet in our half bathroom. The whole process from start to finish was a good experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to hire a plumber. This was the second "small" job they have done for me, if I need a third I know who I'll be calling!

The men did a great job cleaning heating & air conditioning vents and furnace. They were prompt and explained what they were going to do. They presented themselves in a professional manner. The work was done in a timely fashion at the price agreed upon.

Jasmine was super sweet on the phone while scheduling. We already had 3 or 4 quotes and I was frustrated by the cost range between quotes. The only thing I was for sure of is that we were not going with Crown because they are price gougers. Phil came out and did the estimate. Offered 24 months 0% int. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Scheduled us quickly and efficiently with nearly the next business day! We are happy so far. Thank you

Great company. I was referred by a friend and was very impressed with the kindness and service they provided. They were professional and efficient. I especially appreciate that they were able to fit me in their schedule during a very hot day. I'd recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future. Also, I signed up for their maintenance service to help maintain the equipment with preventative services during the year.

Matthew was extremely competent and patient while explaining to us solutions to our current situation and recommendations for the future. Very thorough as well.

A/C went out as the temps spiked above 90. The dispatcher was pleasant to speak with and a tech was dispatched the next day to get my system up and running again! The dispatcher and service tech were pleasant to work with! While onsite the service tech was very informative on the system I had and the ongoing maintenance that I need to perform to keep the system running efficiently!
