Rock Plumbing repaired and replaced an outside drain that was broken. They cleaned up very well after the job and kept updating me on the job as it moved along. After the project, Isaac called to make sure everything was draining properly. I appreciated his caring attitude and great work. Had an issue with the cold water supply to my washing machine. They diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very professional and prompt service. Called in the morning and they were able to be out that afternoon.

In Smithville I had some minor plumbing repairs I needed completed, so Isaac came and gave me some estimates and different options about how he could help us. On the day of repair Isaac was on time, very respectful of our home, and done quickly. The next day Isaac even replaced an old leaking fixture at no extra cost since it connected to his new repair, then covered the entire cost of the cleanup from the leak. At a second location in NE Canton, Rock plumbing replaced a rusted out shut off valve and remounted an outside spigot. Rock plumbing is definitely my go to plumber. Thank you Rock Plumbing for going above and beyond to take such good care of us.

I just called Rock Plumbing inquiring on cost and availability to assist with a clogged drain at our family owned business in Wooster. The gentleman that answered didn't say anything except "uhhh... not interested."
