Great experience! We emailed on Sunday afternoon for a request for a new shower faucet installation for our bath renovation. Rob showed up the very next afternoon. Gave us a very reasonable estimate and said they could do the job on Tuesday. We scheduled for Tuesday morning at 9am. The tech showed up at exactly 9am. Did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing. They are timely, professional, extremely competent, very friendly, and have very reasonable prices. We found these guys on the the Better Business Bureau website and they have an A+ rating. I can see why. We have 2 more bathrooms to upgrade in the upcoming year. Prestige will be the first and only people we call.

Had a water heater rupture and next day they replaced and had me up and running. Excellent service. 2020

I would definitely recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone in the area. They came out same day, they were on time, polite and gave me an estimate prior to doing the work. They even checked with me before any necessary up charges during the process of the job. 10/10

Had a great experience with Dave today, we had a bad leak within our sink and crawlspace. Dave showed up on time, and didn't leave us waiting like most places do nowadays. He repaired all of our issues, and took care of us....something you don't really see in facets of life anymore. Prestige will be our to go plumbers from now, and Dave did excellent work for us today. He explained everything really well, gave us tips and cleaned everything up...superb all around!!

I was not able to recreate my plumbing problem (sewer gas coming up from shower drain during use) but they investigated everything. Very professional and personable. I received an estimate for the work they would have to perform if I do see certain conditions the next time it happens. I felt the service call charge in this case was reasonable. I will call them for any future plumbing needs.

Although I've had some trouble with my plumbing, Prestige has shown up with a smile on their face and resolved any issues without hesitation. They've taken accountability for their mistakes and corrected them with urgency. I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing. My water heater went out on Sunday evening, I looked up Prestige on the internet and I called Monday morning. Rob came out by 9:00am, reviewed our situation and by 2:00pm we had a brand new hot water heater. I am a first time customer but they treated me like I was a long standing customer, which I will be from now on.
