Our vent stack was made of copper pipes that over the years had worn and gotten several holes. Greg and his trainee worked tirelessly until everything was done right. Greg never once got excited when things did not go to plan. He stayed his course and got our pipes into tip top shape. A total of 9 hours to repair our pipes. He didn't want to leave until the job was the way he would have wanted it to be done at his home. We were looking for a dependable company to take care of any plumbing needs which may arise. We have found one...Prestige Plumbing will be the company we use going forward. We will also recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I had already received multiple quotes from companies on big plumbing jobs for our new home and didn't know much about plumbing. I really just wanted someone to come in and let me know what was wrong and give me an honest price. Prestige did that and so much more. They actually found a plumbing leak that could have caused tons of damage if not found, the same leak that the other companies had stated was a foundation problem. Prestige provided excellent service and were polite and friendly the whole time. They went above and beyond to help us feel safe in our new home and we are extremely grateful for that. I would recommend them to anyone for their customer service and dedication!

The man who came to fix our faucet was polite and very knowledgeable. Explained everything really well and helped me find the water shut off. He was very quick and efficient.

Called them around 9 a.m. they said they would be out that day an would call me a 1/2 hr before , informed they have a busy day but would be at home that day . They came early afternoon found the problem Rob gave us our options an got us scheduled for the next morning 1st thing . We found them to be very helpful , honest , straightforward an sincerely cared about our situation. Rob did excellent service an work , we are very happy with the service an job they performed. The lady that handles the calls was also very pleasant an asked the questions that was needed also answered my questions promptly. We will reccomend to anybody who wants excellent service.

After several years of using Prestige we felt the need to review and praise this company for their excellent work. We had a water leak years ago and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Any other company would have torn our wall out... not these guys. They went up to the crawl space in the roof???? Yes, and fixed it perfectly. It was ice building up and thawing . Feb. 2020 we needed a new well pump put in for our home . We have lived here 16 yrs. Our water is beautiful. We never have had good well water even when first building our home. No mess to clean up and believe me....it was a real mess for those guys. We are so thankful for Prestige and would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you for your professionalism and care

Brandon came out to repair a broken water line to my washing machine that occurred to the recent bitter cold. I have used Prestige on multiple occasion and always been very happy with them. Service is always easy to schedule, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Brandon came within minutes of my frantic call of a copper pipe corrosion failure (in the middle of the pipe!) on Saturday afternoon. He quickly saw my concern and verified the copper pipe failure leak. He cut out the leaking section, soldering in a new 4’ one. He was so very nice to talk to, as he had a great friendly attitude about him. He did the work perfectly and quickly, taking just under an hour from the time he arrived, until walking out the door. The weekend rate was high, but this could have had a catastrophic outcome, had we waited and the pipe burst. Catastrophe avoided thanks to Prestige!! Thank you!! Job very well done!!

Memorial Day emergency was helped by Rob quickly responding. He replaced our pressure tank, accompanying switch and a section of copper in only a few hours after my call. He was professional and the cost was very reasonable. And all on a holiday! We have found our new plumbing company. Good service is harder to find than ever. Here you will find one. Rob was prompt and fixed my problem quite quickly. While he was here, he also diagnosed another plumbing problem and we scheduled another appointment to take care of that problem as well. Rob was here for the other problem I had and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Would like to have Rob take care of any other problems I might have!

Absolute 5 stars in every way...Rob Fiesler, Founder and President of the company was pleasant and professional to deal with. His team (Ben & Scott) preformed the work with integrity and they took great care in keeping the job site clean and safe, which was in my home.

I dealt with Rob, Ben, and Scott, and all three were very helpful, knowledgeable, and displayed a good work ethic. Rob reviewed the work to be performed with me prior to the start of the job and then upon completion of the work, Rob returned for another walk through to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job.

I was beyond satisfied with the work done and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services. No second guessing with Prestige Plumbing, it is an excellent company.

Our water heater had been suspect at best for the majority of the time we owned it. It finally decided to stop functioning correctly this past weekend.
We ended waiting until Monday to have Prestige come out but they were reachable over the weekend and we received a call from their technician (who ended up being the owner) within 30 minutes.
When their scheduler did call on Monday to set up an appointment she was able to get us in that day. I expected to wait a few days as that is typically the standard.
Our technician Brandon was professional and knowledgable. He went above and beyond when he was troubleshooting. He noted that our unit was only a few years old and made sure that they part would be covered by warranty despite the manufacturer trying to give him the run around.
The part was not available on their truck but they were able to return with it the following day and complete the repair within an hour.
Highly recommended.

Excellent plumbing service. A good local, family owned business. I tried to fix a leaky shower myself on a Friday night, but ran into some complications and got in over my head, which lead to us being stuck with our water tuned off to the whole house. I tried to call a few emergency plumbers, Prestige was the only one that answered the phone and could come in the next morning. Rob came out within the time window, went through different scenarios with us of what the repairs might look like. Unfortunately, we needed a whole new shower, but he was able to install it within a few hours. He went over all the work done and, while I’m no plumber, I can recognize he did very quality work. He was very nice and professional as well. Price-wise, I don’t have much reference — I don’t think they’re on the cheap side, but I am by no means complaining about the price for the quality service they provided. I can see myself going back to them for future plumbing needs.

Dave did a great job. Will look to Prestige for our next project.

This team is great. Took care of me in a time of "emergency" (loss of hot water) within hours. Also gave us a very fair estimate for new water heaters. Responsive, fair and professional.

Since moving into this house 5 months ago I have had four different plumbing contractors for various jobs. Prestige Plumbing being the most recent. Prestige has been out on two different jobs for me because they are my plumber of choice now. Prestige takes the time to explain everything, gives a complete estimate and sticks by it, and has stood behind all the work they have done. Even when I didn't explain my desired outcome clearly they made it right. They are the only plumbing contractor I will call in the future.

Excellent service! Our hot water heater gave out late Monday evening. I found Prestige Plumbing while searching on the Internet. After finding their website, I emailed late Monday evening and requested a quote for replacement of our water heater. To my surprise Rob (the Owner) emailed back AND called early on Tuesday morning willing to fit us in his busy schedule that day. They called 45 minutes before arriving giving me time to get home from work. Rob was very knowledgable and carefully explained and quoted several options. He took great care in keeping everything clean while entering/exiting our house during the installation process. By 2pm, our new water heater was installed. Before leaving, Rob reviewed the new water heater with us and answered any questions that we had. We called first thing this morning because we had a blockage in our drain pipe from the weekend. They were here in less than an hour later, and took care of our issue very professionally. The service person was excellent, and really knew his stuff, and was very friendly. We have seen them around the neighborhood and decided to give them a try and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
