My highest appreciation for a fantastic job removing a large tree from our property. The tree was located right next to our deck, making the job more difficult...but not for James and the James Tree group.

Very competitive pricing drew us to them, but this recommendation comes from the professional job they did. A great team working in a very coordinated fashion help them to complete the job quickly and cleanly. In fact, three of my neighbors expressed interest in the James' team coming out and doing some work for them once they all saw the job that the team did at my house.

I highly recommend them to anyone interested in tree removal.

March 2013. Because of their careful pruning of several trees, we have extended
the trees useful life and improved their appearance.

Their staff is careful and courteous.

The work was fine. Pricing is good. They may be later showing up than promised. Don't pay them until all the work is complete or it may be difficult to get them back out to finish the job.

The people were real nice, they just did not perform.
Caused some property damage, and wouldn't repair as promised.
The owners leave for Florida in November. I was ignored and finally gave up.
Bad mouthed competitors as well.

Lowest price of quotes received. Initial communication was great. Confirmed they would be out within 2 weeks. 2 months later, I can't get them to return a phone call after multiple messages. Going with someone else.

Quick response on a Saturday, same day as I called they were here. Appreciated the convenience of getting our stump removed as it would’ve taken us all day to do it ourselves. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to use your services. Thank you!!!
