Eric was awesome! Very fast and professional. He corrected the issue with expert precision and responded quickly to my service request. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

I called this number trusting I was getting a local technician only to find they had farmed it out to Five Star who essentially charged me a labor rate of about $330 per hour for service that failed to fix the root cause. The $99 inspection fee I was quoted apparently is just to get their foot in the door to replace $40 worth of material that took 20 minutes and resulted in an exorbitant bill. Best of all, they informed me that “travel” was a big consideration in my bill. Don’t believe you are getting someone local.

Eric was promoted and thorough with checking out or AC and furnace. He provided improvements to be aware of as well as priced out a few options for us once we are ready to make a purchase.

As a single woman, I worry about being taken advantage of due my lack of knowledge on repairs. I felt confident that Mitch had my best interests at heart and wanted to help me keep my furnace running for years to come!

Unbelievable excellent service! They came the same day that I called them, even though I had never used them before. They told
me that I needed a new furnace, but I told them I was not purchasing a new furnace this year, even though it was17 years old. The next morning when I got up, it would not work. I came to
my senses and called them back. They said that they would install it that afternoon. Everything went smoothly with the install. Every one was pleasant, professional and explained what they were doing. They are now my new heating and A/C company after my old company let me down after being with them for years. I am one happy customer.

Both techs worked tirelessly all day in the heat to get our new system up and running! They took their time explaining everything to me and walked me through their excellent installation. They kept the work area spotless—and actually left it cleaner than when they arrived! You can tell they truly take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
