Chapman Drainage brought peace of mind back to me! I had to have all my drainage pipes re-dug on both side of my house due to tree roots crushing them. Chapman upgraded me from 3” pipes to 4” pipes and took the time to answer any questions I had and taught me how to maintain them if needed. Every single person who came and worked on my project was so knowledgeable and nice. Will 100% be recommending them to friends and family and will use them again in the future. The quote that Jeremy gave me to install a French drain along the back side of my house was very fair, so I hired his company to do the work. On the scheduled install day, the crew showed up on time. They were polite, helpful and professional - accommodating my requests and answering all of my questions. They finished up in less than one day and cleaned up afterward. I'm hopeful that this solves my water issue.

Great team all around. Jeremy came for the initial quote and intro to my situation and project goals and actually talked me down from some nuclear and expensive options. He laid out the best solutions to my concerns in his eyes and walked through how/why he suggested them. The price he quoted me was very fair, and the timeline was perfect.

The crew that came out began work on a Saturday and finished by Monday before noon. Very quick and efficient work that managed some hiccups very well and without great issue. The whole crew was professional and friendly and eager to explain what they were doing and chat about their experiences.

The final products, interior basement drainage and a backyard French drain, were both installed diligently and tested for proper function. The work areas were cleaned up nicely and I’m very satisfied at the end of the day. Would certainly recommend them and will be using them in the future for another project on my horizon

Cost was more than fair. They came out and started work on time and finished quickly. They accidentally cut our internet cable, but patched it and it is still fine a month later.

Update two months later. We just had a crazy rainstorm that dumped an inch of rain in less than two hours. Sump pump hardly ran and basement is dry as a bone. Wow…apparently, my drainage was terrible the day we moved in back in 2007. Glad I finally got it fixed.

The best news is that they fixed the problem. My sump pump used to run constantly and it was backing up my attached downspout. We just had about 3” of rain dumped on us two days ago and there were zero issues.

I feel like I can go on vacation again and not worry about my basement.

They gave me a very reasonable quote for the work, about 60% of what others quoted. They gave me an estimated time for my job and were actually able to get it done a couple of days early. The quality of the work was great and just in time with all this rain we've had. The lawn repair was good, they even went the extra step of saving some of the sod and replaced it.

I requested 3 quotes from companies because my drainage pipe was visible and broken. Chapman was the only company to respond.

They sent a tech out and he did a video recording while pointing out what the issue was and what was needed to rectify it. I was sent a quote, which I then Googled to see how it compared and it was very good.

Kyle and his crew showed up, let me know what they would be doing and then went right to work. It took them a good 5 hours and they had everything done. Kyle then walked me through what was completed and showed me the pipe leading to my sump and how to clear a clog if snow plows clogged the drainage lines.

Chapman was professional, friendly and kept me abreast of appointments. Should my neighbors, who appear to have some of the same issues I had ask, I will happily recommend Jeremy and his company.

Chapman Drainage are seasoned professional. They were hired to replace/ install new drainage. The job was completed effortlessly. They cleaned up, replaced dirty and put grass seeds at area of work. They did a masterfully job.

We had a sump pump and battery back up replaced by Chapman. The reason we chose Chapman to replace our sump pump is that it is all they do. Since they specialized in sump pumps and drainage we felt they definitely would know what they are doing and we were correct. Kyle was efficient and knowledgeable. Chapman Drain did a great job replacing my downspout drains. They finished the work in one day and reseeded the lawn where they had to dig. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the work, all seemed professional and knowledgeable about the work. Only critique would be the time I first called (early July) and when the work was completed (early November). Jeremy did say that if the reseeding didn't take due to the time of year, they would reseed in the spring, so that helps alleviate my one criticism.

Chapman drainage was in high demand at the time our drainage problem was discovered and our work was scheduled 2 months after initially contacting them. While inconvenient, it was not a problem since we were able to divert gutter drainage away from the house until the underground work was completed. On the scheduled day, the Chapman team arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job and took care around existing landscaping pavers and plants.
