We had a clogged drain that emptied into yard. It was done qiickly, professionally, and curteously. I will always call Roto -Rooter and will tell my friends about how satisfied we are!

Taylor was excellent! Assessed our issue and fixed it quickly while also answering any questions about how our shower valve and water heater worked. Knowledge is power - Would absolutely ask for him again!

Made an appointment because basement was flooding due to backed up pipe. They said they would come between 12 and 2pm. I waited the whole day without contacting other plumbers and canceled all my plans because they said they were just running a bit late. They didn't tell me they were able to come until after 10pm when they emailed asking if I still wanted someone to come, before immediately canceling the appointment. Believe it or not, basement is still flooded. Don't waste your time, I will not be reaching out to them again.

Poor quality work. We had them out twice in 60 days for the same problem (clogged drain line under a bathroom.) After the same issue for a third(!!!) time we asked if they would warranty their work and they refused. We had a reputable local plumber come out instead and they actually diagnosed and fixed the underlying issue, gave us a 60 day warranty and all for the same price that Rotorooter charged us for a single visit. Do yourself a favor and find someone local to do your work.

Chad was great! He arrived on the scene right at the beginning of the service window request and worked quickly to fix the clog in our septic pipe. He educated me on what he was doing and why and was very personable.

Needed a main drain line clean out last week. Used Roto rooter in 2022 and had a great experience so of course I call them. They arrived promptly same day. The plumber asked quite a few questions along the lines of do you use fancy toilet paper? Do you pour grease down the drain? I understand this line of questioning to some extent but it seemed intended as a “gotcha” opportunity and almost like he was trying to shame us. Very negative. He finished his work and said a supervisor would be along later that day to send a camera down the drain and check his work. No one came but they called the next day to reschedule. No one came the next day. They called the third day and we scheduled a time that day. Again no one showed up. Same process and outcome repeated the following day. So basically the service was never completed. Aside from that the same service done in 2022 is now more than $200 more expensive. Maybe I shouldn’t be surprised inflation extends even to plumbing services. I will not use Roto Rooter again and would not recommend them at all. Felt like an entirely different company this time.

Great service. Taylor showed us how everything he put in worked and explained some things about our plumbing that we didn’t know. Very pleased! He even “waterproofed” our bathroom until we can fix the tile.

Had a bath tub that had a major clog down the line and had backflow from the main pipe. Trevor was great at fixing this, and even took the time to explain everything going on, and found the issue to our extremely low water pressure.

Only issue was the scheduling, which was not the tech’s fault. Our 10-12 time ended up being well after 2pm and that was after two calls to dispatch

Our service technician Chad did a great job in assessing the problem with both our sinks in our church kitchen. With the building being so old, he was great in adapting and explaining the situation to me, as well as, solving the issues. Both sinks are running well and Chad worked well past normal working hours to finish the job. We are very grateful for his service and also his kindness.

Dave and Santiago came to the house and checked the water heater. We ended up getting it flushed and signed up for their pro plan to ensure our plumbing is properly maintained. Would highly recommend their services.

Dave is obviously extremely knowledgeable. We were having several water issues at our new house and he figured out was causing each of them and was able to give us multiple quotes and fix our garbage disposal on the spot. Highly recommend Dave and Roto Rooter.

My tech was James and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what was happening / what he needed to do throughout the entire time he was here. I feel confident the drain issue I had is now all good.

Trevor did a great job. Very professional and polite from beginning to end. Answered any questions I had and engage in general chat. Made the process go smoothly.

Had a new softner system put in and for weeks now I've had nothing but trouble with it. It's now leaking and giving me nothing but very dark hard water that is completely unusable. So my wife, 5 yo and I haven't been able to shower, bathe or drink our own water for almost 2 weeks now. I would never, ever use them again.

James was great! He provided great service as well as important product knowledge. I appreciated his patience in working with my home warranty company and the many other unexpected changes in the job. Being the day before Thanksgiving he could've been with his family but I appreciate his sacrifice and looking out for our kitchen sink emergency.

We had a backup in our basement on a Saturday night. I got online and scheduled a drain cleaning for Sunday morning. James the service person was so friendly and explained what was to be done. He did the work. Drains working and he left the area and house clean. And it only took an hour. Nice to know you can get great service on a weekend.

Dave is the best! He arrived quickly and was kind and respectful. He also didn’t try to scam me like many other companies do. He was honest and explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel dumb. He fixed the repair quickly. Would DEFINITELY recommend Dave.

Service itself was great. Zero complaints with the gentleman who did the work. He was courteous and thorough. However, to have to pay $817 for a simple garbage disposal replacement was pretty steep. To charge $300 on top of what I felt was already overpriced to replace a 6 inch piece of PVC pipe was an extra kick in the teeth. In all honesty I should have shopped around but once he was already at my residence I didn't want to send him away and not get the work done. Lesson learned on my part. The only reason for the low score has NOTHING to do with the quality or work.

Had an issue with toilet on a Friday, Roto-Rooter quickly respond and came on-site within a few hours time. They were very courteous and completed the repair in short order. The cost was higher than average for repairs but probably because of the fast response.

We had Taylor from Roto-Rooter to fix a leak in the main water line coming into the house (before the whole house shut-off). He had to turn the water off at the street and then go get the parts and install them. Did this take all day? Nope -- just about 2.5 hours. He did a great job and is an honest to God nice guy!

Dave from Roto-Rooter did an outstanding job fixing leaking pipes from my washing machine line, kitchen, and bathroom. With 26 years of experience, his expertise really showed. He was extremely professional, paid great attention to detail, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful of my home. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dave if you want the job done right.
