Excellent work performed at my property for replacing downspout drains in the front yard. Work was completed on the day scheduled and done before I arrived home from work.

I had Chapman Drainage perform basement waterproofing and install a sump pump with a new drain line. I have a 1940's house with a block wall basement and poured foundation. I was seeing a "damp corner" situation getting noticably worse lately and spreading to the walls. I'm pleased with the process and the work. I had an on-site estimate with Jeremy Chapman, where I was able to discuss several issues and various solution options. He provided a prompt quote, and upon more discussion he tailored it further to suit my situation. Scheduling was easy. Communication throughout the process was good. The crew communicated and showed up each day on time as expected, and they were professional and respectful of my property. The work looks good. The foundation drain cuts are clean and narrow. I expect to have much drier basement going forward. I would use this company again. If you have a general yard drainage or basement moisture issue, I would recommend calling Chapman Drainage.

I was quoted on 9/17 for a small job. I approved the quote same day, and have not heard back since. I've reached out on several occasions to inquire when we can get this on the schedule via email because nobody answers the phone, and have since to receive a reply after waiting several weeks.

Before the actual service was able to begin, the drainage situation became worse. They talked me through putting in an easy temporary solution that would hold until they could do the job which was very much appreciated. When they did come to the job, they were incredibly fast and efficient. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Had a minor sump pump check valve replacement done with soft close valves. Very satisfied with the work and price. They are much quieter than the old and the pump system is under our bedroom.

Jeremy was a good guy to work with for my project. We talked about the details and his crew came out to put in a new drainage system. They did a great job and cleaned up the area after they were done. Also, they did the entire job in a few hours!

Recently, Chapman Drainage replaced our gutter downspout drainage system. They dug, added new drainage pipe which connects to two downspouts and runs out to the curb, and then backfilled with dirt and laid down some grass seed. They were professional, did a great job, and left things clean which is always a concern with digging projects, especially close to a neighbor. So far, the new system has been working well in the rain, we will continue to monitor. I definitely recommend Chapman.

Chapman Drainage brought peace of mind back to me! I had to have all my drainage pipes re-dug on both side of my house due to tree roots crushing them. Chapman upgraded me from 3” pipes to 4” pipes and took the time to answer any questions I had and taught me how to maintain them if needed. The quote that Jeremy gave me to install a French drain along the back side of my house was very fair, so I hired his company to do the work. On the scheduled install day, the crew showed up on time. They were polite, helpful and professional - accommodating my requests and answering all of my questions. They finished up in less than one day and cleaned up afterward. I'm hopeful that this solves my water issue.

Great team all around. Jeremy came for the initial quote and intro to my situation and project goals and actually talked me down from some nuclear and expensive options. He laid out the best solutions to my concerns in his eyes and walked through how/why he suggested them. The price he quoted me was very fair, and the timeline was perfect.

The crew that came out began work on a Saturday and finished by Monday before noon. Very quick and efficient work that managed some hiccups very well and without great issue. The whole crew was professional and friendly and eager to explain what they were doing and chat about their experiences.

The final products, interior basement drainage and a backyard French drain, were both installed diligently and tested for proper function. The work areas were cleaned up nicely and I’m very satisfied at the end of the day. Would certainly recommend them and will be using them in the future for another project on my horizon

Cost was more than fair. They came out and started work on time and finished quickly. They accidentally cut our internet cable, but patched it and it is still fine a month later.

Update two months later. We just had a crazy rainstorm that dumped an inch of rain in less than two hours. Sump pump hardly ran and basement is dry as a bone. Wow…apparently, my drainage was terrible the day we moved in back in 2007. Glad I finally got it fixed.

The best news is that they fixed the problem. My sump pump used to run constantly and it was backing up my attached downspout. We just had about 3” of rain dumped on us two days ago and there were zero issues.

I feel like I can go on vacation again and not worry about my basement.

They gave me a very reasonable quote for the work, about 60% of what others quoted. They gave me an estimated time for my job and were actually able to get it done a couple of days early. The quality of the work was great and just in time with all this rain we've had. The lawn repair was good, they even went the extra step of saving some of the sod and replaced it.
I highly recommend Chapman.

I requested 3 quotes from companies because my drainage pipe was visible and broken. Chapman was the only company to respond.

They sent a tech out and he did a video recording while pointing out what the issue was and what was needed to rectify it. I was sent a quote, which I then Googled to see how it compared and it was very good.

Kyle and his crew showed up, let me know what they would be doing and then went right to work. It took them a good 5 hours and they had everything done. Kyle then walked me through what was completed and showed me the pipe leading to my sump and how to clear a clog if snow plows clogged the drainage lines.

Chapman was professional, friendly and kept me abreast of appointments. Should my neighbors, who appear to have some of the same issues I had ask, I will happily recommend Jeremy and his company.

Chapman Drainage are seasoned professional. They were hired to replace/ install new drainage. The job was completed effortlessly. They cleaned up, replaced dirty and put grass seeds at area of work. They did a masterfully job.
