Roto rooter sent 2 guys to help get a kitten out of a storm drain... free of charge! Super nice, very professional, worked hard. Because of this public service I will always use Roto Rooter.

We received fantastic, timely, and over-the-top service from technician Kenny. Our basement floor drain backed up late in the evening, and he was there within an hour and a half. He snaked our sewer drain to clear roots and debris to get us functional again. Extremely friendly, great attitude, and stayed long after his shift was over to help us. Ask for Kenny if this happens to you!

I had a bad sump pump that needed replacing. Made an appointment online. It was quick and easy. Thought the whole process Roto-Rooter was easy to deal with. Dave came to the house to do the replacement. Dave was an absolute joy to work with. He was kind and professional. Dave did the replacement in about an hour.

Made appointment today for water heater repair. Dave arrived less than an hour later. He showed me the problem, and fixed my heater in less than an hour. He was honest and professional. And I now have hot water!

This seemed to be a clog of some kind. They spent a lot of time, broke a faucet, and never fixed the problem. I had pointed out 'low water' in the bowl (twice) but he never addressed/fixed it. I figured it out a day later and fixed it by simply adjusting the float valve in the tank. He should have tried that first. Longer story, but clear incompetence. They would only refund 1/4 of the money. They claimed 'my word against theirs' but my SO (a lawyer) was there the whole time and heard/saw everything. OI will never use them again.

Dave has serviced our home for years. He is great! I would always recommend him and Roto- Rooter. Ryan was in training, and was also very helpful and friendly.

We needed a new water heater and we got an appointment for the next morning. We also had two new faucets installed and two outdoor spigots. If you have add on work it’s at a 30% discount. The Master plumber Dave came the next morning and was very friendly, polite and explained everything he needed to do. Dave was very professional from installation to cleaning up at the finish of the job. Definitely will use Roto-Rooter Plumbing in the future. We were very happy with how quickly they responded and with the quality of the work.

We had a soft clog in our sewer pipes. The worker was fantastic. Courteous and so helpful in explaining. Great job and experience. Helped us understand more how to prevent for future.

Chad was great. He showed up when they said he would, and got right to work. We had a similar problem about 2 years ago, and Chad was much more meticulous in getting the job done properly. He also took the time to give us suggestions to hopefully keep the problem from recurring.

Price is comparable to all Plumbing Services. We have always had a great experience with Travis. Travis has been to our house 3 times already! Despite the inconvenience of having a plumbing problem, we are happy to have Travis as the plumber, he is sincere, dependable and courteous.

When our toilet failed on us, Roto Rooter came the same day. They sent Trever. A real professional who replaced the toilet that day . He was nice, quick and very good at what he did. Our new toilet is great and there was very little inconvenience or down time for us because of the great people at Roto Rooter. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Chad did a great job cleaning our drains. He made several passes until he was satisfied that the pipes were completely cleaned out. He answered all my questions and offered advice on how best to maintain the system to avoid problems in the future.

Our property had no water for an entire day, and Dave came out in a snow storm to help us out. He was able to quickly determine the issue and find the frozen pipes. He thawed them out, gave us some tips to prevent this and fix the problem, and had the water running in less than an hour.
