We just bought a new house and the vents looked terrible! Donald came out and did a wonderful job!! They fit me into the schedule quickly and were in and out in maybe 2 hours. I was suprised and impressed with how very affordable they are, while yet doing a better job then some of the big corruptions that charge so much more. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so! Now we can run our furnance without breathing in all the junk from the previous owners. Will be using them again!

The team was on time and performed the service exactly as described on the phone in the time frame discussed. They confirmed pricing both on the phone and on the day of service before actually starting the service so there were no surprises. The guys were polite and courteous in their interactions with me and each other. They were respectful of my home and took great care to leave everything in its place and clean when they left. I also appreciate that they were honest about the condition of my duct work and didn’t try to solve problems that didn’t exist (I’ve encountered a lot of companies that try to “upsell” me services I don’t really need. This company did NOT do that.). They gave me an idea of when I should consider have the work done again, and it was clear they were being honest and not trying to get me to do something more often than needed. I highly recommend them!

The entire process - scheduling, communication, service, and clean-up was great. The actual cost came in under what was quoted to me, which was already a very reasonable price. All around great service. When I called for an appointment and to ask questions I talked to an actual person who worked for the company, not a useless service. He was very nice and had a ballpark estimate for me including a cap fee. The price was very reasonable. The two gentlemen who came out were very friendly and efficient. I'd 100% recommend them.

Was in a pinch going into the workweek with a janky dryer line and broken exterior vent cover from a critter. Harley came out and knocked out the easy fix and saved me time and frustration. Quick, speedy and reliable? Definitely using them in the future!

Roland and Adam did an awesome job with our ducts. We just purchased a 110+ year old home and these guys removed a DIABOLICAL amount of buildup from our ducts. I work for a general contractor and hired Clean Air Pros to take care of the duct cleaning of two separate homeowners. They made the process extremely easy and even accommodated a last minute change with the scheduled cleaning (With no extra charge or hassle). The prices are better than the large competitors from what I had been quoted. Everyone is pleasant and professional that I have dealt with and overall I had a great overall experience. I will use them if I need to do any duct cleaning in the future.

Cleaned our dryer vent - Reached out via the company's website and got an immediate response with a reasonable cost estimate. They discovered our dryer vent was disconnected in the crawl space and took time to reconnect it for us. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and an overall great experience. I called to have my vents cleaned ever since I noticed that our dryer was heavily condensating. Harley came out, was polite, explained what he would be doing and was done within 20 minutes. Unfortunately the condensation is still occurring but not to the degree that it was before. Thankfully, our address has a 30 day warranty and I've already sent a message to have additional work done to help remedy the problem. I'd highly recommend Clean Air Pros if you're having trouble!

We were scheduled at 2:00pm, rescheduled me at 3:30 , the again rescheduled me at 5:30pm.
Got a call at 5:30 saying they can no make it and want to reschedule me for a different date.
I took the day off work and waited all day for nothing.

Did a great job cleaning our entire hvac system and dryer vent. Previous owners had pets and my husband is allergic. They provided pictures of all the vents and even pointed out an easy modification we could make to improve the efficiency of our system. Absolutely would recommend this company.
