Reviews of local pros in Dublin, Ohio

The staff at Clean Air Pros is knowledgeable. I appreciate understanding the air duct cleaning process. I frequently refer Clean Air Pros to others!

These guys were wonderful and my air is so much better. We had a small glitch and they figured out what it was right away. Very impressive

Nothing but good things to say about this company. When I had an appointment with another company, they completely fumbled the ball. I called clean air pros the same day and had a technician out within the hour To solve my mysterious dry vent issue. Can’t thank you enough for your hard work. A+ service excited to have you guys out for more work!!!!

Harley and his wife was by the far the best came in for work done for us very respectful and cool guy to talk to made you feel at home in your own home lol definitely recommend him for any needs done with a/c or anything else

This team was both friendly and professional in every interaction - via phone and in person. They provided the service within our timeline. They also made sure to lock up when leaving so that we could go about our day. I recommend them!

This is the most professional air duct cleaning ever! The service guys are so careful and careing. I have a commercial location and will be scheduling Clean Air soon.

They did a fantastic job. Very thorough and professional. They showed pictures along the way as well. I will use them again for sure!

I’m very impressed with the service I received. They didn't rush at all; they really took their time to ensure my ducts—which were in rough shape—were completely cleaned. I’m very pleased with the results and the professionalism they showed

Clean Air Pros were excellent. All our vents and ducts needed
cleaning. Staff were proficient and personable. Price was reasonable. Thank so much. Highly recommend.

Roland and Royce were great. Very friendly and polite. It is too soon to provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the air duct cleaning, but I’m sure it will make a difference. Extremely affordable! Highly recommend.

Originally was a 5 star review but not now. Came out for dryer vet cleaning. Said it was clean. Next day got error on dryer saying blockage so had a repairman out who couldn’t find any issues with driver so double check vent. Found it 100% blocked with lint. Hopefully they refund or send someone else out.

Clean Air Pros truly lives up to their name! Roland and his team were incredibly thorough and efficient while cleaning our air ducts. We were especially impressed by their careful attention—they made sure their equipment and cords didn't scratch our doors or walls. We got quotes from other companies, and Clean Air Pros was a bit cheaper, yet the quality and service were still top-notch. For our 2000 sq ft home with 17 vents, the job took a little over two hours. Highly recommend Roland and his crew!

The technicians were extremely courteous and did a very good job. They showed me pictures of the dryer vent cleaning. However, I did not get to see pictures of the other house vents (we had the entire HVAC done). Also, either the technician or the equipment (I am not sure which) smelled of pot smoke. It took a while to get the smell out of my home. I am very sensitive to cigarette and pot smoke and find it very distasteful. That is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. The smell cleared quickly. Now I find I am breathing so much better in my home than I was before. It was worth every penny.
Edit: I have now changed my review to 5 star. The company owners called me personally to discuss how horrified they were that a technician came to my home smelling of smoke. This is why they created the company, the owner has a bad smoke allergy. So they definitely are making sure it will never happen to anyone again. I will be trusting this company with my annual dryer vent cleaning in the future. This is the kind of company you definitely want working for you. They really care and pay attention to the details. They even reimbursed me some money for the trouble I experienced. Wow, a rare thing now a days. I now cannot do anything but recommend them without reservation.

Adam & Cash did a magnificent job cleaning out the air ducts and our dryer vent. They were efficient, meticulous and clean. The price was reasonable and they are locally owned and operated in Columbus.
We highly recommend and will use them again.

Adam and Cash came out to perform the cleaning and they did an amazing job! They were very clean, respectful, and did a great job of answering any questions we had. I'd recommend Clean Air Pros to anyone looking for this service. We will definitely plan to use for future services as well.

I had a great experience! I initially called to have my dryer vent cleaned and asked about a few additional services. They were informative without being pushy, which I really appreciated. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, and Roland and Royce did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient, took detailed photos, and made sure everything was just as clean and orderly as when they arrived. Would recommend

I recently had my home’s HVAC system, air ducts, vents dryer duct and vents cleaned by Clean Air Pros. Adam and Ebon were professional, on time, and went above and beyond. The air in my home feels noticeably fresher, the pricing was clear, no surprises, or hidden fees, everything was completed as promised. Highly recommend their service!

We had all the ducts in our large home cleaned and I felt the price was very fair for how much time was spent on the job. The ducts had never been cleaned before and apparently were filthy. Rares is so professional and polite, we got our quote and got the job done quickly. Thanks guys!!! It feels good to know we are starting the year with fresh clean ducts

I had a great experience with this company for my vent cleaning service. Adam was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process. He made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and left the area neat when he finished.
