Our AC was out and it was 95 degrees outside with high humidity. I called Apex and they were super busy but were honest about when they could arrive. Jesse made it over within 48 hours as promised. He was super friendly and got right to work to help figure out the issue. He found the capacitor had died and luckily had one on his truck to replace it with. He did test the rest of the hvac system to make sure no other surprises would pop up. Jesse was very through and kept us updated as he progressed. He also suggested a condensor cleaning which it much needed. The house temp and humidity levels are back to normal thanks to Jesse and Apex. Will no doubt be looking at using Apex in the future as well as signing up for their annual membership. Thanks Jesse and Apex

I just bought a house and the doorbell has never worked. I called Apex and they sent out Eddie. He was very fast and efficient and immediately figured out what the issue was and what our options would be. The experience was very pleasant and in the future we will be calling Apex for any issues we might have.

I was running a little behind leaving for work today when I heard a pop and water flowing. The first plumber I called had no one available to help me today. Apex Pros was the next on the list. They got to us within a few hours, found the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. They were transparent about the pricing and allowed us to make the financial decisions that put us in a place to afford the fix while still fixing the basic issue! Julian was super respectful from the minute he walked in until we shook hands and said goodbye!

The price was a little more than expected but that wasn't on Julian or any other customer care reps. At the end of the day, Apex Pros fixed an emergency issue we had and did it quickly-despite the poor road conditions this morning!

Mica and Spencer came back immediately upon my text to make an adjustment to my shower/bath faucet setting as the water didn’t get hot enough. Presto! Efficiency, professionalism and friendliness is what these guys are all about and I appreciate them!

The guys came in to find a gas leak for me & man they found more than one. In the worst place possible, the attic. They replaced my 40 year old water heater, fixed the gas line on the( I don't want to know how old) furnace, and replaced the main water shut off valve too.
Now my attic is more like a crawlspace but with insulation not dirt. He found the leaks at the main pipe coming into the house. That was a whole other issue. They came back the next day and fixed it all up and didn't even have to do as much as he though he would. So it turned out good. Both Jeremiah and Donny were great in explaining everything to me and my father. Very nice experience in a situation. Highly recommend.

We are so glad Romerial did a thorough check with our furnace. We had no idea how bad it was. We just wish the first guy would have done that. Going forward we would like to request Romerial to come out and do all of our checks with the furnace.

We hired Apex Pros to replace our downspout and sump pump drainage lines from the house to the street after a broken connection caused a sink hole in our yard. Apex Pros were in the middle of price from the quotes we received, but we chose Apex due to their knowledge and thorough explanation of the work being quoted. The team showed up on time in a professional manner. They gave a detailed description of the work they would perform before ever putting a shovel into the ground.

Once work began, the three workers were fast and efficient. The piping system was methodically laid out and provided the proper drop for proper water drainage. The sink hole was cleared of loose dirt and packed in with new dirt. They were willing to pause work to educate myself when a question arose. I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Apex Pros. I would absolutely use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

Abdul was on time and very professional. He performed a tune-up on our furnace and showed us the analysis of his findings. My furnace is 29 yrs old and Abdul showed us some important issues that will become problems, if not addressed in the near future. These discoveries showed potential for unhealthy air. My family's health is very important and thanks to Abdul, I can ensure my furnace keeps our indoor air clean. Thank you, Abdul! You are a pleasure to work with!

Martez was extremely thorough in his diagnostics and explained every step of the process as he went through it. He also gave helpful information on why the issue happened or how it could happen again. I appreciate this so much because it then gives me an educated explaination if I ever need to call back in for the same issue. He was an pleasure to deal with today, and I will be requesting him in the future if needed!

Last week my furnace died. I had two companies come out and I was unable to get it fixed or replaced as my finances were tight and have a few credit issues. I was at wits end, my wife has stage 4 cancer and it was freezing in the house. I called Apex and they sent a project manager out named Darrell. When he arrived he immediately showed interest in my hobby of building model plane, which made me feel at ease. After discussing my issue and explains my wife’s health, he assured me that he would find a solution. He contacted a lender that was able to help us if we were able to open a checking account. Of course we don’t have a car, so he took me to the bank to get the account open. After everything was approved he called his office to have my new furnace install expedited. The personal service from Darrell was something I’ve never experienced and the Apex came through immediately and installed my furnace. This company deserves 5 stars and I will recommend them to anyone!

From the first call I made on, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I don’t know much about this company as it my first experience with them, but I can say that they sent out one of their best representatives/technicians when they sent Colin French. At age 68, I can tell a man with good character when I see one, which is rare these days. He was polite and extremely respectful of my home and especially to myself. He explained everything that needed done to fix my water pressure problem in a way that I could easily understand. He also provided me with updates as the work was being done. He installed new plumbing throughout and re-routed it away from my electric panel, new pressure tank, gauges and valves in my almost 100 year old log cabin. Prior to his great job, I had practically zero water pressure and it would take at least 2 hours to fill up the bathtub and my washer couldn’t even detect H2O, so I couldn’t use it at all. I had 3 other companies come to my home prior to Apex. None of the other 3 impressed me at all. However, Apex (Colin) did from the get-go. I consider Colin a remarkable representative for the Apex company. He brought with him an apprentice (Mo). He was a fine representative of the company as well. I was within ear shot and was impressed with Colin’s teaching ability. The cost was fair considering the amount of work that was done and the professional, yet personal service that I received. To be honest, they came in as Plumbers, but left as what I consider friends, even if our paths never cross again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Apex. Ask for Colin, you won’t be disappointed.

Eric completed the final 1/3 of the company's available services at my home. I have used Apex for plumbing, HVAC, and now electric.

I had a great experience with Apex Pros. I highly recommend them. Salesman Chris gave great recommendations for upgrading electrical outlets, breaker box, kitchen light and thermostat. Electricians Eric and his heler were excellent at installing all the many devices in a timely manner. The great HVAC team of Michael and Preston were excellent at installing the new smart home thermostat and furnace power surge breaker. And the office team was great at keeping in touch through the whole process.
