Adelio's did an excellant job for us. They put in new footer drains along the front of my home and did it "inside" The job was done on time, the workers were professional, and after they finished they were quick to return to correct my concerns. I can't say enough good about the company and would strongly recommend them.

Sergio, Felix, Mike, Ulises, Jairon and of course Adam were the best. Hard working, professional and did a great job. Definitely recommend these wonderful gentleman. Oh and Jason too. God bless all of you for your hard efforts.

Adelios has done several projects for us - from waterproofing to adding connected downspouts to installing a French drain. They are always extremely efficient and professional - you will pay a bit more but it has always been worth it for us in the quality of their work.
On our latest waterproofing project, Adam walked us through the process and was very responsive to our questions or concerns. Jose and Chuy and their crew were courteous, hardworking, and very reliable. We will continue to use Adelios in the future!

6 years ago we had Adelio's do a great job of waterproofing, including shoring up a buckled basement wall. the last heavy rainfall in June caused water in the basement. We immediately called Adelio's. Because of extensive rain, they said they could only schedule 4 days later. However, on the second day, a technician was in area. He thought issue might be simple. He opened Cleanout Pipe. Found extensive root growth. Snaked and cleaned out pipe. Problem solved. Quickly and cheaply. Adelio's is great.

Oscar, Kenan and the entire crew were fantastic. Always easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions. They took great care of our property and were able to fix the flooding issue in our backyard’s catch basin. Highly recommend Adelio’s and will be calling them again with any future needs.

He laid out exactly what the issues were and how to implement a system in the rear of my home. When I initially called Adelio's, they immediately got back to me with an appointment the next day. What a well-run company!

After spending hours on our due diligence searching for trusted contractors, long winded phone calls along with scheduling times for quotes. My fiancé and I felt like the best choice for us was Adelio’s. Within the first interaction we had with this company, the impression we had with their sales agent the representatives on the phone, all had professional demeanors that set the tone for how this company presents itself and operates. Not only did they introduce us to a technique that differed from their competitors, it also ended up saving us thousands of dollars. When it came time to schedule our project, Adelio’s was extremely patient with us as we worked out our funding and when the ink was finally dry, we were booked within weeks.

When the time came for the work to begin, the project manager and his team were respectful to our property and kept a safe and clean workspace (high marks for equipment staging). The efficiency of their work flow had a start and end date of five days. Considering the project size along with a few unexpected circumstances (all made right) we couldn’t had been more impressed.

To wrap it up, our experience was five stars because of courtesy, direct communication, respect to our property and overall professionalism.

We needed to have basement waterproofing done prior to the sale of our home. After a rather tense, uncomfortable appointment with another company, we contacted Adelio's on a suggestion. I received a call quickly and the sales manager came to look at the potential job. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and applied absolutely no pressure for me to commit at that time. I received an emailed estimate later that day and agreed. The crew was excellent under challenging conditions - including waiting for me to get to the property on one or two occasions - and was extremely professional. The job itself is dusty, but there was minimal evidence when they were finished. There was one lingering issue after the job's completion, but the project manager (whom had been communicative throughout) got the crew manager to stop by the property quickly and take care of it.

Extremely satisfied with the care, communication, and professionalism everyone at Adelio's displayed.

The price for the work completed was fair and the quality was what I hoped for. Highly recommend.

I recommendv Adelios. The experience was very positive and everyone I encountered was very professional. The workers were thorough and cleaned up the work area when they were done. Overall it was a good experience. I felt they addressed the problem correctly.

The crew of Adelio’s were amazing. They came by 8 - 8:30 am and some nights stayed till almost 6pm. Worked thru some of the hottest days of the summer. Then chilly rain!! So pleased with the work they preformed. Would highly recommend them!!

The project manager, Adam and his team did a great job for us. Keenan and Ulises worked very hard as they had to dig up the garage floor. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Jason and Matteo ran the jet and camera and communicated with us throughout the process. They worked hard to find and solve the problem. Overall, outstanding work at a fair price.

Around Memorial Day holiday I was in urgent need of some services and Adelio’s was recommended: Adelio’s worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and provided prompt and thorough help. Nick Lexa was extremely knowledgeable on waterproofing, wall rebuilds, power posts, etc. These are all things I have zero experience with, so it was very important for me to talk to someone with expertise in this space. Formal proposals/quotes were also sent to me within a few hours. Overall my interactions so far with Adelio’s have been super positive and I would recommend them to anyone!

My family has a nightmare issue with water leaking in from bad city piping from the street. Adelio's did what they could for the house but went beyond the call of duty by contacting Mayfield Hts. Public services director numerous times till a crew finally came out to work on the pipes. Unfortunately they did not fix the problem but Adelio's came out again to check and is back on top of the "wonderful" people working for Mayfield Hts public services. Thank you sooo much for all the help and hard work. We need more people and businesses like this in today's day and age!! Can't speak high enough praises!

Loved everyone at Adelios. The crew was great...Mike, Diego, and Jason. My dad was keeping an eye on the work while I was out of town. My dad was very impressed with everyone that he met. You can't even tell that there was a crew working in my backyard. They cleaned up very well. The follow up is great. I have no problems recommending this company to anyone I know.
