Terence came out to replace my PRV. Took care of the issue in a couple of hours and haven't had any problems since. Extremely happy with the service provided and the ease of it all.

We called Roto Rooter when our kitchen sink experienced a full back up. Terence was sent out to take a look, and upon inspection he discovered that our 100 year old pipes needed to be replaced. Terence took time to explain everything that was going on and walked us through multiple options to fix the situation. He worked over the weekend and was meticulous in replacing and repairing our plumbing issues. I would recommend Terence and RR for anyone in a similar situation.

Scott came out on an emergency call to our business at 9:30 PM. He ran into problems but worked for over 2 and half hours until the line was free and we no longer had an issue. He made it so our business wasn't affected and we were able to continue normal operations! He was polite, friendly, and informative while he explained our issue. 5/5 experience.

I called Roto-Rooter because of a clogged sewer pipe that was making a toilet reflux into a shower and a bathtub. The service person was very professional and well mannered. He snaked the sewer pipe and was able to fix the problem but came back with roots. For this reason they had to inspect the main sewage line and told me they found two cracks that needed to be fixed for which they would re-line the sewage line, and that I had to pay 15,000 dollars upfront. I did and they did the repair without even calling to schedule, they just randomly showed up dug a hole in my front yard that was bigger than what the service man said and gained access to the sewer pipe at a different location than the original access point. They left a pile of dirt (for the ground to settle), but since I am moving out I had to pay my landscaper to remove the dirt and to my surprise they left a green PVC pipe sticking out at least 10in from the ground in the middle of the yard. I called to ask about this and the possibility of cutting down the pipe but was only met by the rudest customer care I have ever had to deal with, almost like dealing with a mob business. The conclusion was that if I wanted any of that fixed they could do it in 6 months once the ground settled. If that’s the case they could have said it from the beginning or in a nice way. Specially after paying 15,000 dollars upfront you would expect for them to at least be nice when answering questions over the phone. But it does not end here. I came back to the house that is vacant because we moved out and one of the other toilets in the house was clogged and this is further downstream from the prior problem toilet. I called and again was met by the rudest customer care person who told me that this was surely not due to any of the current work and that they could take a look at it but I would have to pay for the service. I had them come out, they fixed it and yeah they charged me.
Now I’m having the inspections done to sell the house and the inspectors told me this is one of the worst pluming jobs they have ever seen, that they had no reason to make a different access point to the sewage line, that they left all the debris from the fix including broken tile and mud in the sewage line between the fix and the house and that this would have been a huge issue if we were still living at the house because it would have blocked the main sewage line.
So, in summary they were fast to get there to fix my initial problem but they have the worst customer care I have ever encountered. I have left messages to the sewage manager who never returned my call. They did a job that was not great and that was highly questioned by the municipal inspectors.
I now can’t help but feeling scammed. I do have to say that the first service person that came out to the house was very professional and well mannered.
But other than that, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Scott came out and did a AMAZING JOB he was so professional and he’s supervisor Ben was very helpful and explained the situation so I would understand.

Robert came out today to clear our clogged kitchen sink line. We ended up deciding to do the whole house, since there were other slow running drains in the house. He tackled the much bigger project all in the same day, avoiding the need to schedule another appointment. He worked cleanly and professionally. I would reccomend this company.

All the sinks were either draining slow or starting to clog. It was beyond our means to fix the problem. Best thing we did was make the call and have them come out. Robert was extremely professional and did a great job, I recommend them Highly. A++++

Had an upstairs bathtub leaking into the downstairs bathroom. Roto rooter got someone out right away. Unfortunately, we had to call the next day because it was still leaking. Same person came out, did more repairs, the next day, leaking again. We called 3rd time, asked for someone else to come, they sent Robert. Wonderful, competent, detail oriented, Robert. He accessed the issue, redid the previous work, took it a bit further, had a manager come by the house to make sure everything was done correctly. The manager apologized for the earlier problems. Robert then left the bathroom spotless.
What started out as a horrible experience with Roto Rooter, was completely turned around by Robert. The manager stopping by was a wonderful act of caring about the job and the customer.

Our tech was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly professional but also very down to earth. Someone you know can relate to an issue you're having but also very knowledgeable on how to fix it. He was able to get the clog out and was able to suggest other work needed to be done without being pushy about the work. I honestly couldn't be happier.

Stephen was awesome he came out Monday 1/2627 night after my water heater stopped working. Unfortunately I did have to get a new water heater but he was able to install it the next day!! I was so glad as this was the super cold weather in Cleveland and I needed hot weather!!

Rob replaced a pipe in my kitchen, which was a complicated and messy replacement. He did an excellent job. He was thoughtful, careful, and professional, and the work was exceptionally done. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, I'd want him to come back and tackle it.

Rob was a great representative for the company; courteous, professional, engaged, and all around knowledgeable about the service provided. I would give more than five stars if I could!

We are normally DIY folks and we tried everything we knew to replace our pressure tank and associated fittings but nothing seemed to be working. In came Rus with Roto Rooter who came the very next morning with no additional charges and our tank was up and running with no problems in very little time. Couldn't recommend them and Rus for any plumbing needs!
