Saturday afternoon we noticed our hot water heater was leaking. We made a few calls with our surprise a technician was able to come to our house late Saturday afternoon.After a diagnostic our fear was confirmed that we did need a new hot water heater. Thinking it would be days and going without water with a large family and also caring for my elderly grandmother seemed very scary. But the technician was able to fit it in day of finishing work extremely late into the evening, Saturday. His hard work and dedication was always professional, hard-working ethics. So great to see a young man working so hard to bring water back to my family.

Technician Robert Hughes was very helpful in helping me resolve the leak issue with my toilet. I kept my fingers crossed that the first fix would be something simple. It was for a bit and then it the leak was notice again. Not knowing where the whole issue was Robert gave me my options. He ended up installing a new toilet for me. I appreciate his professionalism in helping me work through the various options to come up with the best solution.

Rob was excellent. He works tirelessly on a weekends day for seven hours and finish the job at 11 PM. Premium price for what was definitely a premium service. Highly recommended for emergency water heater repair or replacement.

Scott was professional, friendly and knowledgable. He listened to and thoroughly answered all our questions. During the repair some additional issues popped up; he didn’t leave until he had doublechecked everything and was satisfied it was fixed properly.

Rotor Rooter showed up earlier than planned, which worked out great for us! Our issue ended up being bigger than expected but they were willing to help and offered several options to help. Once we worked out a plan, he immediately got to work and had it all repaired for us! He even made sure everything was clean and put away all my laundry items for me.

Rob came to fix a broken, leaky fixture in my kids’ bathroom, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident the repair was in good hands.

What really stood out was his professionalism and care — he worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. My kids’ bathroom is finally leak‑free, and the whole process was completely stress‑free.

I’m genuinely grateful for his expertise and friendly attitude. If you need plumbing help, ask for Rob. He’s excellent at what he does.
