The actual experience wasn't that bad, when they finally showed up. I called to have my central air conditioning recharged and also about an issue with a pump coming off my furnace being clogged, neither of which got resolved. Said it would be best to replace the entire thing and that they could do it for around 8k lol. The coolant if it been put in would leak from the a/c unit, but would have been about 130-150 a lb. This was all a free consult and they left. I bought my own coolant for $139 for 5 lbs. and had a friend put it in, which lead me to find that the shady pos has put the fuse for my a/c in upside down and had turned my furnace off inside. My hvac friend said this was common, but usually not both at the same time. I would never recommend this place. First and last time. Should find classier employees.

Needed a new water tank, two seasons was recommended by a friend. My experience was great, from intial call with tiffany down to the guys for install. Will definitely call them for future repairs

Recently had them install a replacement AC system. From my first call, to quote and install, it was 4 business days. Price was fair, work was quick and of high quality.
