Lou & his team at Two Seasons have serviced 3 generations of my family’s HVAC needs over the past 20+ years. It was without hesitation that I contacted him when my furnace started failing. Chad went above and beyond to fix my furnace for me... He's always professional and makes me feel comfortable to have in my home. He will actually work on the problem and not throw unneeded parts to jack up the cost. Also services my Parents home and I am very comfortable with him at her house. I loved Two Seasons' customer service and service. I was unsure of who to call to service my furnace. When I called them I got a person not a recording. Chad were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

If you need AC work done these guys are top notch! Had a couple emergencies pop up at the same time and gave the office a call and reached Tiffany and Amy who helped my get on the schedule. Lou is honest as the day is long and if you're looking for a contractor to trust these guys are it! Will be using them for all of our work going forward!

We are extremely delighted that Two Seasons came diagnosed the problem with our boiler explained all our options to repair or install new (the boiler was nearing the 30 year mark so we thought instead of a bandaid we would go new) Lou and his helper tech came 8:30 the next morning took old one out put new in you would barely know they were here. Lou also layed down floor protection from the back door to basement.They were both so courteous ,respectful and pleasant to deal with! Not only did we get a fair deal these men worked diligently till they were all done taking no breaks or lunch. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any heating or cooling work done. You will not be disappointed! We believe you will find them as professional as we did.

Knowledgeable staff. Had to install a new HVAC unit due to the fence installer severed my underground refrigerant lines. My units were nearly 40 years old, but still functioning properly. Lou and his helper did a fantastic job on the install. Very happy with new units.

The experience we had with two seasons heating and cooling was nothing short of excellent! The men installing our unit first off, had respect for our home! All the floors were covered with drop cloths. When the work began, each person knew exactly what needed to be done, they all worked in unison together. Lou (the owner) and his team did an exceptional job replacing my hot water tank. From my initial phone inquiry about pricing and availability, the follow up from initial diagnosis to rescheduling his crew to be at my home same day was seamless.
The AO Smith commercial 40 gallon tank was installed using new fittings, valves with no shortcuts taken.
I would highly recommend this company for any type of service you may need (heating, cooling, boilers etc). Fair, reasonably priced and very loyal to their customers.

My experience was very positive in many areas. They came out to quote replacing my unit, explained the unit they recommended and cost and then set a date for my installation. Customer service is top-notch; the whole process was smooth, on time and professional. I recommend them for all heating and cooling needs and I will promote and utilize their services for my home.

Lou and his team were extremely careful and detail oriented while installing our mini split system AC in our home. The price was right, he and his team were friendly and professional, and he wanted the best outcome for us when it came to installing AC in our home. In addition he also made sure to take into account the cosmetic look of the unit and that was such a plus to us. I would highly recommend two seasons!

Unfortunately, we had a pretty underwhelming experience. Had their tech come out for general maintenance but also because our AC froze and water leaked all over our basement. Technician came out, checked AC unit only, added some refrigerant, told us to buy a new unit, said it was my wife's fault (more like an older generational attempt at sexist humor which my wife didn't appreciate), and gave us the $200 bill. He never went down into the basement to check where the unit was leaking so it immediately froze the same night and leaked again. I luckily was checking on it since I noticed he never went down there and caught it before it got bad. I was able to figure out what was happening myself thankfully, but the service was kind of disheartening overall for the cost. 2 stars because the folks in the office sounded super nice and pleasant to set up an appointment. 5 stars to them! I'm sure other techs they have would do great but ours wasn't up to par on that day for whatever reason, it wouldn't necessarily hinder me from attempting to work with them again in the future, but I would certainly ask for a different tech next time. May try some closer HVAC folks in the future.

The Two Seasons crew did a great job with our new mini split AC system install. This was a very complicated project due to the older age of our home and the installation of a great modern system. Lou and his crew are very good at this craft. Their knowledge is deep and their work ethic was strong. It was nice to have these guys in my house because they care about the work they do and treated our home with respect. As important as installing everything correctly, is followup. They followed up to make sure everything was working well after completion and also took the time with me to explain this new complicated system. I’m looking forward to having them for future routine maintenance. I highly recommend this group for similar projects.
