As always, the Corsillo Plumbing team made sure that not only the job got done, but that it got done right. Unfortunately for me during the visit some unexpected issues arose, however Danny made sure to address all of the issues to ensure no more leaks were present and the drain was flowing.

Danny provided an estimate for a backflow valve installation per county regulations. He went above and beyond by coming out on a Saturday while our factory was closed to ensure no disruption to our operations. He completed the work in a timely fashion, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Danny and his company for any plumbing services you may need.

Worst service!! I paid to have my screen doors measured this past Saturday & no one ever called to set up my appointment. I called the store this morning & after being left on hold repeatedly I was told someone would contact me shortly. Needless to say I never got a call. I stopped in after work to cancel the order & the rep working the customer service stand didn't know how to cancel the order & didn't ask for direction from anyone. I was in line waiting for almost 30 minutes while she fumbled around juggling customers. I had just worked a 12 hour shift & couldn't just stand there all night while these employees make half an effort to figure things out. Now I have to make another trip there to get my refund. This whole experience has been ridiculous!!

Mike Nuzzi, who works in the appliances department, helped us choose a microwave for our home. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. When my wife's leg hurt from standing, Mike first ran to get her and me chairs, and then went to inventory to get the microwave we wanted. Now, that's customer service! Thanks, Mike !!!

Once again it was George to the rescue. He helped me find a strainer for my bathroom sink. He stopped what he was doing and helped me find the right size for bathroom drain. Thank you for being so positive, patient, and helpful!!!

I visited this location at 2:20PM today on March 5th, 2026.

I went to purchase a brad nailer that was apparently in the wrong spot, so I asked to show where it was and low and behold there were multiple in the spot where it was marked $37 not $74.

So the lady slides them over and says yeah someone must have moved it so we're not going to honor that price.

Okay whatever, I get it.

But then an associate asked if she was going to do customer care, to which I said what is that, and this random person said they should give it to me for that price bc it's the policy.

So I said well let me ask the manager then bc that does seem a bit like bait and switch, and if it's the policy then they should just do it.

So upon asking and explaining the situation Tim the manager says sure go ahead and tells the cashier to go ahead and do it.

After I already purchased item, this Donna woman storms over and snatches the item OUT OF MY HAND and SNATCHED THE receipt from me and said "we're going to void this".

I said well I already bought it, to which she says "I've voided receipts before".

Then she tells my cashier she is sneaky and not to do this again, in front of me, when it wasn't even her idea.

So then Tim comes back and says he already said to do it and Donna gave me my receipt and the nailer.

When I asked for the manager because I was honestly annoyed at her aggressive behavior she said "goodbye" and threw her hands up as if she was defeated that I got my way and she didn't get hers.

Disgusting behavior especially at the pro counter where you take in your contractors who spend thousands of dollars here every week?

I wouldnt have even minded paying whatever the price was but treating me like I was the antagonist was disgusting behavior.

Mind you I'm being polite, calm, low tone the entire time and she is being aggressive and raising her voice almost at me and this cashier.

Whose idea was it to put this miserable woman in charge of anything? Is she even in charge?

I'm expecting an apology for being treated like a criminal for asking a question, when it was your associates idea to even ask?

All I wanted to do was buy a nail gun for my handyman business and this is how it went.

What a joke.

Great job by 2 Seasons. They were quick to respond and were able to get our air conditioning g system up and running quickly.
