Adelio’s repaired a broken clay clean out in my back yard recently. I was not looking forward to this process, even though the quote they gave me was very reasonable. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day. They had to remove a large bush to access the sewer line, but they replanted it, and it looks like it might survive. The reason I bring this up is because they didn’t really have to do that. They cleaned up and notified me of the findings before they left. I never thought I would say that having a sewer line repaired is a good experience, but this was. I highly recommend them.

The issue of water in our basement was addressed with more insight than two other companies, and a common sense solution, at a reasonable price, was proposed. We are very happy to have contracted with Adelio's and look forward to a dry basement!

The two guys who did the work were communicative and friendly, professional and respectful. Their work was thorough! Will def seek them out again in the event of another sewer line problem.

Felix and Jason did a great job with the Adelio team. They had the tools and the knowledge to figure out a unique situation of a dead end pipe and find a great solution. Guys were hard working and finished day ahead of schedule. Excellent-will recommend to others.

Replaced 7.5 feet of storm and sanitary sewer under maple tree in front yard. Came as planned, did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. Reasonable price also. Adelio’s rates an A+.

Our older home had some major damage done to the basement wall in one area, and other contractors would only replace the entire wall. Adelios listened to our concerns and offered a solution we could live with, not trying to sell anything we didnt need. The work team were hardworking and respectful of property They cleaned things up nicely in and out. We are glad we chose them.

The crew that did the waterproofing job were excellent. I had know problems with them working and getting the job done. Courteous and polite. Even before they came out to work on my basement. The company sent out two site supervisors to go over in detail with me about the work that was going to happen. I appreciated the thoughtfulness in doing that. Thank you again for a DRY basement.

Ronaldo maintained a very orderly job site. Everything was left tidy and safe at the end of every day. He also uncovered some very poor workmanship and design by another waterproofing company that we were able to correct.

Adam did a great job super supervising the activities and I felt well informed during the project.

Timely and efficient service. We had flooding in basement and the technicians were knowledgeable and recommended appropriate intervention and prevention strategy. The drain pipes were clogged by tree roots. They snaked and removed them relieving the blockage. They did not recommend unnecessary expensive repairs.
I highly recommend this company.

Adelio’s waterproofed almost two full sides of my house, replacing all of the drain tiles and re-pouring concrete when finished. No hard-sell on the front end, just a very laidback and honest conversation about what needed to be done. Then the quote…my lowest of three, and the other two would not re-pour concrete at the end. The crew was incredibly professional, careful of their surroundings, and extremely hardworking. They left no trace when they were finished. We could not be more pleased with the work and would highly recommend Adelio’s to anyone.

Adelio's is outstanding! Can't say enough good things about this company. They've completed a few projects on my home and each has been perfect. For a company in their line of work, they provide exceptional service. They're extremely professional and take the time to explain each phase of the project. They triple check with you about project details, timelines, and your satisfaction.

My first project with them was replacing a large sewer in my driveway. They knocked it out in a few days in the Cleveland winter weather. End result is a beautiful new sewer with nice concrete surrounding it.

The second project they just completed was waterproofing a few walls on the front of my house (plus some masonry work). They went above and beyond to carefully remove electrical pieces, bushes, and pavers so all could be reinstalled or replanted upon completion. They also laid down additional topsoil so the grade of the landscaping would drain water away from the house. I didn't even ask for this and they did it anyway because it's what the job called for.

The work they do is no joke. It's a hard and dirty job, but they take pride in it, which shines through when the job is complete. 10/10 would ways recommend Adelio's to anyone needing waterproofing and drainage work on their home.

One of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. The team was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, explained everything very well and at every step of the way so that we knew what was happening, they left the work space cleaner than how they found it, the price was fair with no surprises, and everyone was just a joy to deal with. I will be recommending Adelio's to everyone I know!

Called Adelios to get a quote for fixing some underlying hydrostatic pressure pushing up under our house. The guy came out, quoted me $1200 to have a look at our pipes because they thought maybe a burst pipe could be the issue. It was going to take a month to have them out to do that. I scheduled the appointment but also called a plumber because I didn't want to wait that long to get it looked at. They charged $200 to do the same thing Adelios was going to do. After, I emailed Adelios to tell them that we didn't have any busted pipes and that we still weren't sure what the issue was, I asked them if they could come back out and possibly dig up the basement floor and see if they might know why it's happening. After missing my first email I followed up. They responded:

"I did go over your project with the team this morning. Unfortunately, we do not feel that opening up the floor is going to yield any results. We do wish you the best of luck with this project and hope you are able to get it resolved somehow."

Update:

After I made this post the manager of the company reached out to me personally as well as came to my property and looked over the issues himself. They explained that they had talked to the rep about how this was the wing way to handle the situation, and on my particular case it was clear that I was looking for peace of mind and a clear answer on the seriousness of the issue I had. Overall I feel a lot better about the situation having talked with the manager. I know people make mistakes and I appreciate them being very forthcoming with a response. Other places have not shown the save courtesy.

Great job by all! Questions and concerns were addressed quickly; project was completed thoroughly and timely, even with an unexpected twist; the crew worked hard and were very respectful of our property and surrounding properties. Would definitely recommend Adelio’s!

Great team of insulators . Biggest local insulation/firestop shop in Cleveland or Akron . Continuing to move forward with the times. Stock all sizes of material. Do all size jobs from small plumbing insulation jobs and restaurant ductwrap/firewrap jobs to high rise buildings, schools, hospitals , and industrial projects.

I had an overall positive experience with Roto-Rooter, but I feel it's important to acknowledge their initial misstep. When they first arrived to address my water backup issue, the correction provided did not fully resolve the problem, which was frustrating. It seemed like they didn't initially identify the root cause or take the necessary extra steps to fix the backup properly.

However, I was impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Once I brought the ongoing issue to their attention, the team went the extra yard to revisit the problem, diagnose the underlying cause more thoroughly, and put in the extra effort to correct it. They demonstrated genuine professionalism and a willingness to make things right, ultimately resolving the water backup issue to my satisfaction.

While the initial fix was not perfect, their responsive follow-up and dedication to doing the job properly showed integrity and customer care. I appreciate that they took responsibility for their initial oversight and took the necessary steps to ensure the problem was fully addressed in the end.
