People need to understand the difference between those companies that just slap shingles on a roof, and those that actually REPAIR.
S. Bradley did an extensive REPAIR that took care of a leak in my Century Home. 'Nuff said.' Matched replacement shingles to a 'T' as well.
And the price was well worth it.

PS. .. Wife could not complain about arriving on time, professionalism, cleanup or anything ... which absolutely ruined her day!!!

They repaired deterioration at the top of on my 60 year old brik chimney. They replaced a few dozen deteriorating bricks and repointed joints.

It required setting up scaffoldings and protecting adjacent structure.
I am very satisficed with they work and would recommend them.

Owner and employee stood behind their work. They did a few vents and they went out of their way to make sure the solution worked for my space. The first dryer vent they put was not working properly and Jeff and Brandon both put some really good thought into a very elegant vent alternative that not only works, but it’s also as inconspicuous as it can get. As long as I live in NE Ohio, I will use S. Bradley

Scott and Mickey do a great job. They installed a new roof. Tuck pointed my chimney and installed a side door on my garage. They were timely, and had excellent communication. The estimate was right on. I would give my highest recommendation.

Used S. Bradley Company to repair some mortar work around my house and also repair my front steps that where in pretty bad shape. They did a fantastic job. Will definitely call them again next time I need some work done. Couldn't be happier with the work preformed.

Jeff came out and assesed the leaking issues. They replaced two ridge vents ,repaired a stack and secured a gutter. They were efficient and did a good job. Would recommend them.

S. Bradley Roofing was able to repair my sagging garage roof.
The roof was sagging about 4" in the center (very noticeable).
Every roofing professional that I had come out to evaluate, suggested replacing the entire garage.
In less than a day, S. Bradley's crew was able to replace the ridge beam and remove the sag (not an easy job).
The roof structure is stronger now than the original.
They far exceeded my expectaions.
The staff is polite, cleaned up after and were a pleasure to work with.
It was a great overall experience!

Had many estimates for a roof, gutters, and the soffits. I did alot of homework from all aspects (cheap vs. not so cheap) and it was painstakingly rough as no two estimates or methods seem to be the same. I learned alot and by far S. Bradley gave me the best warranties and value through a comprehensive breakdown especially for the amount of investment one would put into their roof. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained all the details for a leak proof roof and the proper ventilation. I learned much goes into this from quality of materials to pride in doing it right so it will last and be problem free for years to come. The crew was very hardworking, respectful, friendly, and accommodating especially making sure as the project was underway no nails or debris would hurt our family dog in the yard. The workmanship and appearance is outstanding. As I watched the crew work, I saw them take the time to do the little things from safety to quality. As a machinist, it was intriguing to see how meticulous they were in the corners and bends. My only complaint is the roof, gutters, and soffits look so good, now I have to do something about my windows and siding. In time I will be using them for that project as well and will look forward to a full appearance upgrade on my home. If you choose them, my opinion is that they are a rock solid choice!

I had Sbradley replace our flat roof on our 2nd floor balcony. Jeff came out immediately to give us a quote, when other companies were giving us 3 month eta just to quote.Jeff was very knowledgeable and responsive! Their crew did a fantastic job . They were very professional, friendly and knocked the job right out. They also cleaned up all of the mess. I would highly recommend them !!

We had S. Bradley do our masonry work in our century home. They completely replaced the brick front steps, preserving the sandstone treads, did tuck pointing and poured a new concrete porch floor to replace the original. We’ve heard lots of horror stories about masonry repairs that don’t blend with the original or cut corners, but Randy was incredible. A craftsman that attended to the details, communicated well and got the whole project done in just over a week. I would absolutely recommend them.

Recently purchased this home. Large detached garage needed immediate replacement due to several leaks. Crew came out and replaced it within a week. Roof looks good, no issues with leaks.

My chimney was crumbling, I had two companies come out to estimate. The two quotes were night and day (to put it nicely). Obviously S Bradley got the job! Jeff is a dream to work with too! This is one of those fields where you need to be exceptionally careful, ripoff artists live in the roofing industry and the horror stories are endless. The Better Business Bureau has statistics on industries that they receive most complaints from based on subcategories. Roofing contractors ranks among the highest customer complaints for home improvement. This preamble is merely to emphasize how incredibly important it is that you're dealing with a good company not just the lowest price. If you're looking to rehab a home in East Cleveland and put the cheapest possible roof on this is not the company for you. If on the other hand, you want quality roof repair or replacement you really can't do much better than S Bradley. They will not be the cheapest by a small margin, but it's worth every penny. I implicitly trust Scott and his partner so much so that when I need any sort of roofing or chimney work I call Scott, they provide an estimate by email, complete the task, and then collect payment. They trust me and I trust them this is the type of working relationship you want with someone you're making a substantial investment with. Try S Bradley you will not regret it.

I've been waiting to write this review to ensure there were no issues through the winter. I used S. Bradley Roofing to install a new roof on my home back on June 22-23, 2022. They were easy to work with and prompt to answer questions. A month before the roof was installed, I had a brand new deck installed in the back. The crew was very careful to cover everything and ensure no nails were left laying on the new deck to be stepped on. In the end, my roof looked great and my new deck was left without a scratch. I've had no leaks or issues during the winter. In fact, we just had a really bad storm move through this past weekend that tore siding off of my house and damaged many other houses. My roof went unscathed in what had to be close to 70+ Mph downburst. I recommend S. Bradley for your roofing needs.
