S. Bradley just replaced the roof on our home and we could not be happier with the experience. It's the home repair everyone dreads but they made it extremely easy. They took the time to walk us through their proposal without being pushy (very refreshing) and the crew that actually replaced out roof was fantastic. They arrived early each day, worked hard, and clean up after themselves. Their foreman kept us informed throughout the day on how the project was coming along, any issues, and upcoming schedule.

Overall a great experience.

They are very professional and honest. I had a few quotes and they were competitive. Another company tried to up sell me and Scott of S Bradley told me it would be a waste of money. His crews were efficient, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We had them on ton new gutters and they look and work great. Additionally, we have been having a roof leak (another roofer had performed the initial work) that other roofers could not resolve over multiple visits. Scott came out, diagnosed the problem. sent out his crew and it was fixed in 1 visit. I highly recommend

On Sep 19th, 2024, Gabe, Jeremy and George from the S. Bradley Company, finished the 2nd job accomplished for me this summer. SUPER JOB! Thanks to Bradley for sending such a talented group of craftsmen to fix our home. The first job was the front cap of our garage roof. This job was fixing the siding on both sides of a gabled dormer and repairing a hole at the front peak of the dormer. The crew was super professional, personable and incredibly efficient. No mess left behind! Thanks Bradley!

Scott(owner) is one of the best people I've ever worked with.He replied immediately which is never expected but appreciated. He's an excellent listener, and understands the customers concerns and needs. Scott did absolutely everything he said he was going to do. Every roofing company has its challenges but Scott and S.Bradley Roofing stood by its word and took care of any problems or concerns I had.

We recently had S. Bradley Company Ltd repair our roof, soffit and replace our gutters. This was the 2nd time we worked with Scott Walunis and his team. Previously they had rebuilt our chimney and addressed the roofing work associated with this rebuild. Both times the work done was exceptional and met all of our expectations. The employees were professional, friendly and meticulous in the work they performed, including the post work clean up. Their estimates were very detailed and reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend S. Bradley Company to our family, neighbors, and friends.

About seven years ago S Bradley did an amazing job replacing my roof. I recently had them come back and to fully replace all my siding and gutters. Once again did an amazing job. The crew was on time and very profession. I highly recommend using S. Bradely for your roofing, siding or gutter replacement needs.

Absolutely top quality and reasonably priced roof replacement on my formerly-ailing 1920s "three season room." The crew was timely, admiringly diligent, and left my backyard immaculate. A+, 10 out of 10, I whole-heartedly recommend.

I am very happy to have chosen the S. Bradley Company to replace my roof and install a new gutter/downspout system with leaf filters. I found Scott Walunis to be a personable professional who is knowledgeable about his products, methodology and keeping his employees motivated to perform their duties in such manner as to provide the quality his customers hope for and pay for. They replaced the roof at our summer cottage a couple years ago and when it was time to get new windows, they gave us the best estimate. They were very easy to work with. Scott understood and took into account some of the historic details of the summer cottage. When it came time to install the windows and add gutters, they arrived on time, called ahead to let us know they were on the way and were respectful about where to park. The guys were all friendly and worked hard on 2 very cold days. Brandon and Gabe answered all my questions and made sure all the details were attended to. And, they cleaned up well! We would recommend them to anyone!

A coworker recommended Scott and his team to me and I am pleased with the results. Scott helped me with multiple projects at my home including a new roof deck. Scott worked with me to pick colors, materials, and an overall design strategy. His team communicated well, were on schedule, texted me updates and photos, cleaned up after the job, and took care of my home while I was at work during the day. It was an easy process with clear communication and pricing.

Excellent work on the job we contracted them to do (porch shingles roof).
We had missed to include a related issue (porch ceiling) and they were able to promptly accommodate us and correct that as well.

Paid extra for grub protection and they don’t treat them at all. They sold out to a big company and they are complete garbage now. I didn’t renew, I would urge you to not use them
