They've been my lawn service company for years. They do a great job and are always friendly.

Not pushy and was willing to work with me this year on application cost after big increase due to our yard size and limited income. Have used their service past 3 years.

Keeps my yard looking great. Get so many compliments on how green our grass is. They are very responsive and there prices are great.

Horrible customer service ! I had questions and he (mike) treated me like dirt. I was just a little confused on how they did their estimate (threw satellite) . All I wanted was for someone to come out and see why my grass was brown, he told me I need to water it (very rudely). I said it’s been raining a lot. He’s reply was “look I’ve been doing this for years. And that I should “just go to someone else” I told him he didn’t have to be rude and he replied “go somewhere else” ...don’t hire this company !! And as you can see I’m the other reviews “Mike” seems to be the problem lol loosen up buddy

Ultra Lawn has done a wonderful job with my yard. I had grubs last year and they treated my lawn so that instead of having the worse grass on the street, I now have the best looking lawn.

Horrendous attitude over the phone. Did not get service.
Mike talks like he's being "annoyed" by making a follow up call (not realizing that he was out of the office when his call was returned)
Seems like they feel entitled. Given miss-leading info ("We do everything that you'd need for the lawn.". "OK, can you cut it every 2 weeks." "Why the... [sic], we don't do cutting."."You said everything for the lawn!") Then got noticeably annoyed and said "OK, Thx" Click!

I don't know about their service but definitely not the peachiest out there.

I am writing this review for my father. He hired this company for the first time in 2017. He has never had lawn care troubles or grubs in three decades of homeownership. After a treatment application, the employee told my dad he had grubs everywhere in the yard and that it would cost over $200 to treat it. No neighbors have any grubs and they do nothing to care for their yards. It seems likely that the company planted the insects themselves to take advantage of my father and upsell him. That or their equipment is contaminated. Animals have since torn apart his yard hunting the grubs and he has had to put down grub killer himself to remediate the problem caused by this company. Do not hire them.

I could not be more proud of my lawn, shrubs, and trees. The professionals at UltraLawn are doing a wonderful job. This is my second year with them. They are timely in their treatments and expert in their knowledge of how to take care of my landscaping.

I have been using Ultra Lawn for my lawn care needs for over 20 years now. I’m completely satisfied with the results and attention to detail that Dan, the technician shows when he arrives to treat my yard. I highly recommend Ultra Lawn.

I purchased a home recently with a lawn that only I can describe as the walking dead. Any weed you can think of existed! Mole problems, dead grass from pet urine and not to mention my lawn did not grow at all but the weeds did! I was interested in hiring a company after trying to revive it myself. The task became overwhelming and there was some self doubt, however after reaching out to a well known nationwide company all I can say is... I am happy that my son and I were riding our bikes though our neighborhood!!! I spotted an Ultralawn truck in front of a residence and noticed a young man on a pretty cool scooter like mobile spreading fertilizer. What stood out the most besides the cool scooter was that their lawn was the greenest on the street and the most manicured. I instantly return home cancelled the other company and looked up Ultralawn. They had four stars and their site allowed you to inquire about the service and upload photos. I called Ultralawn and Mike answered. Real nice and informative man! He was able to look at my photos tell me what my yard need and before the week was out someone was here doing my lawn. Talking about GREAT SERVICE! I now receive so many compliments on my yard and I do maintain it myself with cutting it, but Ultralawn also provide instructions on how to maintain it with the height of cutting your yard etc once their task is completed attach to your bill. Oh. Not to mention very reasonable and efficient. Don’t go anywhere else if you want the best looking lawn!!!!

Beware of this company. Hired to apply fertilizer my lawn and did for a year. They came by this spring for the 2nd application, the gentleman walked around my house with a spot application tank on and looked into my back window. He quickly walked back to his company vehicle prepared a bill and stuck flags in my lawn. The bill was for $89 dollars and was listed that he did a full application. I witnessed the whole thing. I called the company and told them exactly what happened and told the lady to send someone out to look at my lawn because there was absolutely no evidence of any fertilizer applied. To the owners credit he came out and looked at my lawn and applied fertilizer to my lawn. But after this employee gazed into my window and tried to charge me for nothing, the hand written note I received in my mail box from the owner which I couldn't read, did little to retain my business. The Owner and lady on the phone defended the employee from the beginning to the end.

Have used Ultra Lawn for years....yard always looked great...with the change in ownership this year, they have only been out 2x since spring and yard looks horrible...will not be using them again

I have used Ultralawn for more than a decade. The lawn has always been healthy and weed-free. Since they “merged” or sold a year or two ago, my lawn looks horrible and there are weeds everywhere. Time to find a new lawn service. Very sad!

I have had ultra lawn doing my yard for over 30 years. Dave did a wonderful job, that's why we chose ultra lawn over and over again. Dave went to a different route this year.
Since ultra lawn merged this year with another company, my lawn has had more weeds in it this year, than I have had over the past 30 years. I follow their instructions on watering and grass mowing. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service now. I got a phone call on Friday August 15th, that they would be out on Saturday the 16th to apply weed killer and perform my next application. Nobody showed up. This is the second no show this year. I am hesitant to renew my contract for next year. All I get from the company is a sorry we missed the appointment.

Buyer beware. I told Ultra lawn that I only wanted two treatments per the advice of our landscaper. They did a third without my permission. I texted the owner to remind him that I only wanted two applications and I called his office. The lady in the office confirmed that I had cancelled. Glad that I kept my texts because now a credit collection company is after me. I gave them the date of my cancellation text and they are still hounding me. Do not do business with this company!

We have had Ultralawn for several years. The last few years has not been great. Since they merged with Lawn Matters or should be called (Your Lawn Does Not Matter) the quality is horrible. They sprayed for weeds 3 times. Guess what, still have tons of weeds. The old tech would drive around on the machine and then spot spray. They don't do that anymore. He drives through my yard at 40 mph missing half the yard. I have it on my Ring doorbell. The other night, I got down on my knees and pulled out tons of clover. When I called, the response was, I will have the tech walk and spray. NO you had 3 chances to get it right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ultralawn/Lawn Matters. When I went to cancel, they want to send out a tech. For what? They always say, "Oh it was a hot summer" This is not the first hot summer.

The biggest kicker is, they sent me an email to come back because I cancelled for 50% off. Really? Do yourself a favor and find someone else. My one neighbor already changed services and my other one is ready to cancel.
