Where to start! Linda is amazing!! She is such a pro, kind, understanding, and so knowledgeable! She was able to solve our issue in a timely manner and provide a solution that many others couldn't! I have used Hughes and Sons Plumbing on three occasions over several years. I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service, fair pricing and professionalism. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

There was very little communication from them. They worked on a water line in our basement and left our home a complete mess. Ruined furniture stored in the basement that is now covered in dirt and dust. They did not tell us they would be drilling in our basement. Left our washing machine hose detached.

I was in a desperate situation, looking for a plumbing company because my wax ring suddenly failed, causing water to flood into my living room. For a week, I struggled to find a private contractor, but then a friend referred me to C.J. Hughes & Sons Plumbing Co. I was extremely impressed with their service, from the initial call to their arrival just two days later. Not only did they show up and provide a quote, but they also completed the job on the same day! Afterward, I needed the drywall in the living room repaired and the ceiling painted, and they had a guy come the next day as well! My project that I was sitting on for a week was completed in two days with excellence! Please call them. I trust them.

I called because my sink in the basement was coming up out of the drain and I fear it will overflow. The guy on the phone started arguing just don't use the sink upstairs and was very condescending saying he wasn't coming out just don't use the sink [ My aunt and cousin are elderly, they have to be able to use the upstairs sink ] So, obviously he does not want business.

Rude and unprofessional. Just needed an estimate Guy didn’t show up the 2 different times he said he would arrive. He sent another guy over and he was disrespectful. Still no solid estimate just a range with a difference of $500.
