Rafael was good. We had some issues with the bathroom install due to the age of the home and plaster walls. He came along with the installer to make sure it was done right to the companies standards. In the end modification s had to be made and everyone was satisfied.

We called to have a toilet leak and a water heater repaired. Shawn was sent, and he was fantastic! He put us at ease, and we expressed several other concerns. He walked us through everything, provided accurate quotes, and then quickly repaired everything. Shawn and AA Plumbing, one of the best Mason Ohio plumbers, deserve my gratitude.

With AA Plumbing, I had the most delightful experience. At the last minute, Shawn and Adam completed a task for me. Adam was extremely positive about the situation and made sure the issue was resolved. Shawn went above and beyond trying to facilitate everything and make me happy. I wouldn't think twice about utilizing them in the future. It's comforting to know that there are West Chester Plumbing businesses out there that can provide a real assessment and strive to satisfy a client.

My previous plumber retired, and I was faced with finding someone professional and honest (not always an easy task) when I had issues with my sump pump. The first person I called replaced the battery but when that didn't cure the problem, I called again, and he didn't call or show for the 2nd appointment. I fortunately called this company and Cory came out promptly and fixed the issue which ended up being minor. Polite, honest and a fair charge, I can't ask for more! I'm now a happy, satisfied and permanent customer

AA Plumbing repaired the broken water main to my house. We were without water. Shortly after our call AA's representative, Raphael, hustled out to our home to assess our situation. We had a great discussion of options and I was impressed with his completeness. And with his sense of urgency on our behalf since we are without water. He prepared and emailed to me an estimate for the worst-case scenario of replacing the entire water main out to the water meter. THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY a crew, Dalton and Sam, phoned at 7:30 AM that they were on their way. They arrived soon after with all the equipment and materials necessary for any contingency. They promptly excavated the site of the break, assessed it, helpfully discussed my options again and were willing to accept any scope I set for the work. I opted to go with the worst-case scenario and replace my entire water main (close to 100 feet of pipe). Dalton and Sam set right to work and in 2.5 hours had completed the project. Their work was top notch: skilled, professional, obviously experienced, speedy, cheerful, complete, adaptable. And careful -- for instance, they operated the backhoe with skill to avoid my overhead power line and to avoid gouging my lawn around the trench with the teeth of the scoop. And Dalton and Sam cleaned up the site as well as was practically possible.

We chose not to hire them because they had outrageous prices. $70 fee just for coming out when everyone else is free. $275 just to auger a sink. Over $5k to replace exposed pipes. My husband will just suffer the job. Times are hard and prices like these don't help. The tech was a nice guy.

We had a problem with our clogged kitchen sink. Adam came to the rescue and cleared it up. We also showed him a toilet that was causing us problems, and he recommended that we replace it with a new one. Adam was friendly and kept his workspace neat and tidy. Also knowledgeable and gave sound advice. I intend to contact him to replace the toilets at my mother's house.

Today was a fantastic experience!! Our basement pipes were clogged, resulting in slow drains and standing water. We required immediate assistance. Customer service and dispatch were extremely helpful, and someone was dispatched to us the same day. Daniel and Adam arrived on time and worked quickly. They were in and out in an hour, fixed our clog, replaced our pipe caps, and took special care to ensure that all of our drains were working properly. They did quick, high-quality work, were friendly and careful with our floors, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and call them again! Mason, Ohio's Best Plumber.

After coming out for an assessment that they charge $80 for absolutely nothing was done nor assessed.
The service technician that came out after ringing the doorbell started pounding on the door.
Then after entering my home asked me 100 questions that did not pertain to why he was called to my home in the first place. And I’m sure he was told the issue before arrival.
Looking behind the shower curtain asking if it’s the tub. Turning on the sink and asking if it was the sink.
It was the toilet.
Then he started trying to open a panel that was sealed shut in the stairwell with a knife.
After asking him what that panel had to do with my toilet being backed up here walked downstairs in my home and out my door but not before saying I will be right back. To which he never came back.
The people that work for this company are EXTREMELY unprofessional & would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. That technician was only in my home for less than five minutes and he charged us $80. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Everyone I dealt with at AA Plumbing was polite, upbeat, and conscientious. Our project was a remodel and update of our bathroom. The project manager Daniel Howard had the right skills and attitude to deliver exactly what we hoped for, and he always arrived when he said he would, and did what he said he would. He was a pleasure to work with, as was his sometime partner Vince. We've very happy with the result and we appreciate the effort AA made to keep us within our budget. I had not dealt with AA before, but I now consider them my go-to company for any plumbing work in the future.

Just got off the phone with AA plumbing. We had 2 bathroom waterlines replaced April of 2024 and are they are now leaking through the ceiling. Pretty sad when you pay good money to have plumbing work done, and the work can't make it a year without leaking.. and it is not covered under warranty.

I was actually told that there was no need for pipe insulation or a heat wrap on this job since my heat pump is in the attic. I expressed concerns about running the waterlines in the attic, but I was put at ease and regrettably followed his recommendation. I could dig into this whole disaster of a situation further, but I've already done the work myself, and it's done right this time.

I had AA Plumbing come out to fix my service water line to my home a few months back. AA Plumbing dug up my yard and replaced the old Bluemax pipes that had a pin sized hole in it. Well a few months later, my front yard started to spring another leak. I had AA Plumbing back out (Mike and Sam) and they were fantastic! Very informative of the problem and how they could help. It turns out the second leak was not due to the work they did initially, but they were there to help nonetheless. They resolved my issue with minimal damage to my front yard given how deep they had to dig down. After some seed and straw I should be good to go! They were very careful with the yard knowing I just spread topsoil and laid new grass seed a few months back. I would say the yard looks amazing consider how deep they had to go down for the repair.

Raphael the owner is very personable and extremely fair to work with. I would highly recommend this company to fix your waterline issue or any other plumbing issues that you may have. My experience has been great and will recommend these guys to my family and friends.

Had two outdoor spigots replaced. Shawn was quick, courteous, and professional. The frost-free bibs were secured tightly and clean. People that complain about the pricing…. well you get what you pay for.

Never used them for plumbing services but after nearly be ran of the road by one of their drivers and watching him weave through traffic recklessly changing 3 or 4 lanes at a time going over 90mph I can safely say ill never be using a company that employs people with such a reckless nature towards the public.

I've used AA Plumbing twice now and can't recommend them enough. The plumbers that have come out all care very much about getting the job done right, not doing more than they need to, and helping me avoid overspending. The entire process, both times, was pleasant, responsive, cost efficient, and gave me confidence. They will be the only plumber I call moving forward.

Oh my goodness! I am so grateful for AA Plumbing. I had a difficult toilet install on my basement level. . The trained technicians from AA PLumbing were professionals courteous and knowledgeable about every aspect of the bathroom sink and toilet installation. The job was completed within a timely manner. The technicians cleaned up once they were finished. I really appreciated the technician providing me a hands on walkthrough inspection of the work done with clarity and to my understanding. I would definitely recommend AA Plumbing to anyone who wants a residential or commercial project. Completed.

Had a bathroom remodel/upgrade done. Daniel was great, very professional. He showed up everyday when he said he would, kept his work area very clean and tidy, gave a recap of the day and what to expect the next day, and was flexible and accommodating with changes.
