Very professional an understanding love The work finished job a day before he said he would. Didn't make me feel a certain type of way because I know nothing about plumbing he was very patient and he explained everything as I asked and if needed in a way that I would understand it.

He has repaired several water leaks, cleared a main drain back up, water heater install, installed a salon sink, and most recently hung 2 exterior doors. Mark has done a great job for me fixing a leaky pipe and connecting an outside faucet. He recently installed a water heater and I’m very pleased with how professional and efficient he was on completing the job. I will definitely be using his service again when needed.

I called Plum-Mech Plumbing and Mechanical Service on December 10, when looking for a local plumber, as our 20-year-old water heater wasn’t working properly. Mark was very responsive and was able to come out the very next day to replace both upper and lower elements and thermostats as well as drain and flush the water heater. My husband and I were so pleased with Mark’s quick response, caring attitude and quality work. Plum-Mech/Mark is now listed as our new plumber, and we would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!

I am having a home completely renovated. I called Plum Mech Plumbing out for an estimate on moving a shower to the opposite side of my basement bathroom. I knew right away that Mark was thorough, by the way that he explained everything with cutting into the basement concrete to move my shower to the other side of my bathroom. Because he did such a great job, I had him complete all 3 of the bathrooms plumbing ( showers, tub, and vanity lines). Marks work is unmatched! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely trustworthy. I’ll always use PMP when any plumbing issues arise.

Mark is the BEST plumber around!!! Anything plumbing you need, he will take care of you! On top of having a great personality he is also very educated on what he is doing and will get you together. I first used him to unclog a tub and then used him for a bigger project on a house flip, adding a shower to the basement bathroom, re-plumbing the upstairs bathroom and adding in the new toilets and vanities. He is very reliable and trustworthy !!!

This experience was great! Mark was professional, communicated well and did a top notch job. I had a leak in my shower behind the wall. He had to replace the pipe and ultimately I decided to replace the whole fixture since Mark recommended this was the best resolution. He was honest and explained my options. He was friendly and delivered quality service with a smile. From now on he is officially the plumber I will be recommending!

We are at the end of a MAJOR renovation to our 40 year old home, we had a water filtration system added, water heater replaced, bathroom fixtures replaced, hose bibs added and replaced and water lines replaced. It was a multiple day job and we couldn't happier with the wonderful job this company did. Any time a snag popped up they were able to work through it till we got EXACTLY what we wanted. WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Hands down the best experience with a plumbing company. Came on site to provide estimate. Explained the process of how he would achieve what I wanted, provided estimate. Estimate was more then reasonable. Came out two days later, on time, performed work efficiently and explained what he did thoroughly. Couldn’t be any happier.

Adam and Sam replaced a broken garbage disposal in my kitchen. They were prompt, very polite, and very efficient. The job was completed neatly and they were very nice! I will definitely use AA Plumbing again and will hope to get Adam and Sam!

Great company. I had several plumbing issues, called AA Plumbing, and they went out of their way to quickly work me into their residential schedule (as in next day!)
Josh, the plumber they sent to do the work, was superb -- courteous, thoroughly professional, well trained, and, quite simply, a delight to work with. He came in, looked at the work needed to be done, gave me an estimate (a very reasonable estimate) and went to work.
On jobs at my house--whether it be plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair, etc--I'm always curious about the 'mechanics' of the repair/work being done (in no small part because I admire their skills), so I follow the repair person and ask tons of questions. Josh responded to my every question, explaining his work/repair along the way.
For all my future plumbing needs, I will call AA Plumbing and ask for Josh. AA Plumbing is excellent, Josh is an asset to the company, and they are fortunate to have him in their employ.

After contacting other plumbers in the area to no avail. We were able to get AA Plumbing to come out in a timely manner. Cory addresses are concerns in a professional way and at a reasonable cost. They even had a coupon that Cory told us about to us for a savings.

I had a gasket that was loose inside my toilet tank. The technician came out, quoted me $275 to fix the toilet but didn’t even see the one single piece that only needed replaced. When I pointed that out to him, he then quoted me $325 total. But then told me it would be smarter for me to just purchase a brand new toilet and have them install it.
Thankfully I told him no. My husband was able to fix the toilet today with a two dollar gasket from the hardware store. It took him five minutes.

I needed my gas line capped in my basement and so the technician did do a good job with that. However I am very grateful that I listened to my intuition and did not fall for this huge cost that was completely unnecessary.

AA Plumbing charged me $275.00 just for labor to remove and install a Moen shower cartridge. I had the handle already removed. The plumber simply pulled out the cartridge and put in a new one. He then put the handle back on. 10 minute job at a labor charge of $275.00. Yes, I did agree to the charge because it was Sunday and I had the water main shut off to my house and needed to get the cartridge replaced before I could turn the water back on. My hands were tied and they knew it.

My bathroom is completely gutted and the plumbing is sticking out of the wall for easy access. I needed two shut off valves for the sink replaced and the facet and shower head set before we install the new tub. This is an hour (maybe two) of work. We were quoted $900. I told him no. I still had to pay $79 fee for him to drive here. We are one mile from the shop. Nice business concept.

Called for an estimate. Brandon came in and I showed him everything beforehand to get estimate. He gave me an estimate of $800 so I asked to give better price and he reduced $21. So I asked him to do little better so he went to his truck to see if he can do any better. After 5 minutes came back and raised his estimate to $875. Upon asking he said that I did not put the price of fixing my bedroom toilet.
I had showed him everything upfront.
I called their office and talked to Chris which was no good.
Brandon was very rude saying this is what it is.
In a nutshell, this place is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I am glad that went to another licensed plumber and got it done $250 cheaper.

This is a great company, they have good communication skills. Austin was really respectful, he explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a worse scenario estimate, instead of giving me a price, and then when the work was done come back with a much higher price. He put booties on before he entered my home, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. He was there when he said he would be, done when he said he would be, and I got a call letting me know when he was on his way. They will work with your schedule. And it's nice that they are a 24 he company. And with no doubt in my mind I will call on them every time I need any type of plumbing work done. Thank you Austin!
