Our toilet was backed up. The guy came out and barely wanted to work. Didn't even bring a plunger in with him. Used mines. Then went outside to get his. He actually was like, "*sigh*, I thought I could fix with a plunger". It needed a snake and he had to leave to get the correct tool. If you're coming to fix a plumbing issue, come with the correct tools. Unless, you have to replace a part. It's backed up again and he is stating it's our fault. I've NEVER had this issue before.

We've had Bob Cook for many different plumbing jobs over the years. He does a great job at a reasonable price. We've called him with a few emergency jobs....like a backed up floor drain !!.....and he was able to come out in an hour to clear it.
*** definitely the only plumber we call for all of our issues.

Cook plumbing has done several jobs for us in the past and were good. The last 2 times I called about 2 different issues, they said they'd call right back and never did. I made a follow up call the next day and left VM. Nothing. My neighbor gave me his plumber's number, Elite, so I called them and they came out the same day I called. I even called Cook again to ask why they never got back to me and they don't answer. I would've liked to use them again, but I need reliability, or at least a straight answer. Just tell me you can't do the job. Don't leave me hanging.

Excellent service! A damaged shower faucet control in a second floor bath was at risk of leaking inside a wall. Cook Plumbing, (Bob) treated the situation an emergency repair and was on site the day after I called. He assessed the damage problem, removed old parts, installed only the necessary new parts
needed to correct the problem, thus avoiding considerable expense of having to do a very costly installation of an entirely new faucet control assembly behind the shower wall. The cost for the service call, parts and repair labor was very reasonable, much less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Cook Plumbing to anyone with home plumbing problems... absolutely great!

I had a great experience with this company today. Bobby came out for a pipe leak in my basement and fixed it within 30 mins and charged me pretty nominal.

Cooks plumbing is the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had an emergency and they came out at 8 pm to get our water back on! Then two days later they fixed the entire issue at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I can not thank them enough for the work that they did! chase brothers plumbing put in three new bathroom faucet sets, updated the supply line valves, and fixed the sewer pipe connections for my master and junior bathrooms after i got new countertops. isaiah was careful and polite, always took time to answer my questions and explain what needed to be done for my older home. he also replaced my broken kitchen sink faucet, which was a tough job because the old bolts were stuck, but he got it done without any trouble. i am really happy with how everything turned out. all the work was double checked before leaving. two thumbs up for the whole crew.
