High praise for Tony and his team! I had a serious plumbing issue which required excavation to resolve. Their response was exceptionally quick from ensuring that the utilities were accurately identified, to the work being started and completed within one day. They provided clear documentation that I can send to the builder to request reimbursement. The guys that did the work were professional and did everything possible to reduce the damaged caused by the digging that needed to be done.

Johnathon is great! This is the second job we had him do and he did great work. He unclogged my kitchen drain and he put in a new disposal too He is so careful and explains what he does.

Our shower was leaking from the second floor. Jonathan and Chareef were able to fix the leaking pipes and install a new shower. They were very competent in fixing the leaking pipes to allow new dry wall to be installed in our ceiling. The shower compartment was not well designed and they had to use a contractor to install a shower door and no extra charge to us. We only paid what was quoted to us. My wife and I appreciate their professionalism and competency. We will use them again for future plumbing needs. We highly recommend Pembroke Plumbing.

Awesome experience working with Jonathan from Pembroke Plumbing. He was courteous and knowledgeable and even though the issue was a little more complex than I was anticipating, he explained the issue in detail, fixed it quickly and left the area clean (had to cut an access hole). I will highly recommend them to any one in the area and they will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

I'm a dentist and plumbing matters. Pembroke is amazing! they are thorough, kind, professional, well dressed, and above all are VERY VERY GOOD! They discovered and fixed a problem that baffled everyone else! A problem I've had off and on for years is now fixed. And they did it in one visit. They also helped out with my home shower, sinks, and sewage line. They are Great! I won't be going anywhere else! I'm a Customer for life!!!

Johnathan spent hours trying to find a leak inside my bathroom wall. Once he figured out a plan of action and returned to complete the work he spent an entire day replacing a stack and new vanity. A few unexpected issues arose but he quickly took care of those as well. Great people and great company would definitely recommend. I will be using Pembroke for all of my plumbing issues from here on.

I was interested in a tankless water heater to replace my old 50g tank near its terminal life cycle. Tony and Liz were very quick and efficient in customer service; gave detailed answers to my many questions; and quick scheduling. Jonathan the installation SME and his assistant were polite and worked all day with minimal interruption or inconvenience. They even worked some great technical solutions for a couple install challenges. For a major installation and the dollar amount spent, I recommend you get a quote and use them, even the 3rd party financing options.
