Reviews of local pros in Fairfield, Ohio

THH did a very good job cleaning the carpets. I will definitely be using them again.

I cannot say enough INCREDIBLE things about Liz and her wonderful crew of women who came out to clean one of my work’s large, old buildings today (5/8)! The team arrived promptly and was warm, professional, and kind from the very start to the very end! Each staffer was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure any questions I had were answered. I got to chat with a few of them on an individual level when our chores overlapped in the same room and they were a delight. Their level of service is unmatched from many other contracted cleans I’ve seen throughout the years and every single room was left PRISTINE but looked undisturbed from the great care the team took to put all furniture back in its original positions. I will absolutely be recommending them to friends & family for professional or residential needs!

From the initial contact til the end of service THH communicated via text and email. The price for three areas was below average but the work performed was ABOVE average. Bryan was on time(texted when on the way) very friendly and did a thorough inspection of the areas he would be cleaning. He took less than an hour to make my carpets new and fresh!

Damen did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was professional, friendly and thorough. I wanted to support a local business and so glad we made the choice to call THH Cleaning! Thank you!

Everything looks great. The THH team did a great job for the first cleaning. I am sure it was quite a task.

Colin from THH cleaning was fast, efficient, and friendly.

Bryan took my information when I made the reservation. I let him know I had an appointment at noon. So they actually came earlier to accommodate me..the technician did a great job in a timely manner!

Nice company, came same day. The carpet didn’t come out like I thought, but the price was on par with quality so I can’t complain that much. You get what you pay for.

THH Clean did a fantastic job and have the nicest group of girls who clean for them. My house is sparkling and I also feel safe with having them in my home. Thank you so much!

We needed a thorough cleaning to list a home for sale. THH cleaning came through with a clear estimate, arrived on time for the scheduled cleaning and I could not be more satisfied with the job executed. Everyone has been professional and beyond friendly. This home is ready for the market. I highly recommend THH cleaning.

THH did an excellent job on this condo. It was a horder house I’ve been working on since January. Finally got everything out of it. Looks like a brand new place. Also got the carpets cleaned through them. The small bedroom’s carpet was full of dog pee. They got 95% of it up. It was just so bad. Before and after is from when I started to when they got done today in that same small bedroom’s carpet.

Had them clean an empty rental property for me. Cost me $400+ and they didn't wipe down the walls, mop the floor, or clean the oven (which I paid extra for). When I contacted them about the terrible job, they refined me $30... I'm not even sure what they even did. I feel like I got scammed.

Overall I was satisfied. It was about what I expected. They didn't move anything out of the way to clean under, they cleaned around it unless I moved it.

Some of our rooms had marker and make up stains from our 2 year old that I thought the steam cleaning would be able to get out, but unfortunately it did not. It was great for getting pet stains and odors out of carpets.

I was looking for miracles to avoid replacing carpets, but instead I got a really clean carpet that smells great.

First time having THH Cleaning at my home to clean white carpeting in the master bedroom. Very pleased with the results, they were early, efficient and my carpet is very clean! The pricing was also the most competitive without hidden add-ons or promotional pricing but then those other places added trip fee, etc., then their promotional pricing was no longer the amount they promoted - THH quoted me a price and that was exactly what my invoice was. Highly recommend them! Thanks again for superior service.

Colin showed up on time, was pleasant yet professional. He worked quickly and did a great job!

Love THH. This is probably the 5th or 6th time we have used their services for our carpets. We have 3 dogs and 1 who marks in 2 areas (because hes bad!!) THH always gets our carpets clean and smelling fresh! Their oder removal guarantee is amazing although we have never had to use it. We host all the holidays here for our friends and family and THH has always kept our carpets looking new.
They are quick, efficient and always a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

Colin came out and did a great job refreshing our couches! He even communicated a delay in his arrival and I very much appreciated that! He was professional and polite. This is our second time using THH in the past year and we will continue to, thanks a bunch!

My dog got sick. The carpet was not good! They fit me into their schedule. Arrived when they said. The carpet tech did a great job! Highly recommend for all your carpet and cleaning needs.

My carpet was brand new three years ago and it has been restored back to looking brand new. She did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company to friends, family, and anybody I don’t even know. Here are 3 before and 3 after. Wow great job thank you Kaitlyn I will personally be request you next job I need.

Hired them to clear grass that was taking over a large flower bed. Missed the morning apt. But did come later that same day. The young man was extremely pleasant and done a wonderful job in the garden. Was well worth the cost.

Great guys, fantastic service! They built a nice wall for us in our backyard finished with beautiful landscape around our new patio, my wife and I would highly recommend them!
