Reviews of local pros in Fairfield, Ohio

Last Season Right Cut Lawncare cut my grass every week to my satisfaction very nice and Hard working guys.

The crew was very efficient not only did they arrive when they said they would they got right to work with minimum down time

Alexander and his team did an amazing job with much and landscaping. Would recommend their work to anyone!

I don't normally write reviews of this nature, but I simply have to in this case. This company literally did the worst imaginable job like 4 weeks in a row and after several attempts to correct the service. Perhaps others that gave a positive review had different crew that knew what they were doing, but the kid cutting my lawn had the mower at full throttle, missed multiple LARGE spots multiple times and spewed large amounts of grass all over cars and literally everything else. They then cut my lawn like down the the roots at what was the lowest setting imaginable, leaving massive clumps of grass EVERYWHERE and causing them to be forced to go over it again. Fine...it'll grow back, but what use to be a luscious, healthy, green lawn, has now turned into a brown wasteland with several hundreds of brown grass clumps and a layer of dead grass on top of awkwardly low cut grass thanks to "Right Cut". I would not have written a review if Alexander did not try to blame his crew's lousy job fertilizer use. Eg using fertilizer does not cause the lawn mower go go 40mph through my lawn carelessly, cause the mower to cut down the grass literally to the dirt, and miss dozens of very large spots, or provide lousy customer service. NOT HAPPY, told them services are no longer needed and would not recommend them to anyone. The pictures below are up close of what they left my lawn like.

They were great they came out got my sidewalk and driveway cleared and salted everything I would definitely recommend them!!

The landscaping in front of my house was extremely overgrown with ornamental grass, wisteria and some kind of vine, ie: sweet potato or morning glory and it looked like a jungle. Alexander was extremely helpful with the planning and the types of plants to use. He and his crew did an amazing job! I highly recommend him and his crew for your landscaping projects.

Hired to mow my yard. They said they would mow twice to start. They said they would edge and trim. They only mowed once very quickly. Most dandelions didn’t even get cut. They didn’t complete the trim work until I complained. Came back to do some extra edging and then lied that they mowed twice even though I watched and videoed them because of how fast they were mowing.
BEWARE! Do not hire them!! You will not get what you pay for…and not honest.

Hired them for a leaf cleanup and fertilizing of the lawn. I had to go out of town and my wife then had to leave.

While they did a decent job and Alexander had said they wouldn't get all the leaves, I was extremely disappointed when I got home and saw the backyard still with about 40% of the leaves. The front and one side were done nicely.

When I contacted Alexander, he complained that he'd lowered the price for us and did exactly what he had said. Then I sent pictures and he stopped responding. Maybe was a communication problem, but in the end I wasn't pleased.

UPDATE: I stand by the review, and the lack of customer service. After being harassed with an 11PM text rant, I adjusted the review to try to be fair but Alexander takes no responsibility as I see in other reviews I wish I'd seen earlier. Lesson learned to read them all.

Right Cut Lawn Care is a great business and I highly recommended. Alexander is very professional, communicative and has great customer service. He came out to my house to provide me with a free quote the same evening I called inquiring about getting some work done around my house. He was also able to get me scheduled for service two days after I contacted him. We just moved to this house a couple months ago and it needed a lot of work done on the landscaping. I wish had more pictures of how it looked before they did the work. It was in bad shape with lots of weeds and messy bushes. Alexander was even able to fit me in sooner because I was hosting an event at my house and wanted everything cleaned up before the event and they did it the day before and came early the next morning to finish the rest before my guest arrived. They did a great job trimming all of the trees, overgrown plants and bushes, picking all the weeds, spraying weed prevention and also did mulching all around my whole house. Very quality work with reasonable pricing. He will work with you to fit your budget to make sure you are happy. Alexander wants to make sure his customers are happy and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. 5 stars

Great service and they do everything u ask for the right way without any problems!! Definitely give them a call if u need a cut, new mulch bed, or lawn design, they will get you right. P.S. I would recommend them for snow removal in the winter also all over round an amazing company!!!

Good company and good people always have a good time with me

Professional crew with top-quality work.

This is by far the best of the best landscape company from the top down!

Very Professional Guys. Great work.

The owner and his crew are very kind and get the job done!
They do what they say they’re going to do!

It's been raining all day. The grass is a river and here they are still mowing the property. They only use large zero turn mowers and the area they use them on is not big enough and they have killed the grass out front of my apartment. They blow the grass in under the front door and leave grass all over vehicles.

I shouldn't have to clean up after lawn is mowed. I don't have a leaf blower. It's double the work to clean grass off my patio

Jorge did a terrific job trimming the bushes and adding mulch to all the flower beds in our house. He came promptly as he promised, did high quality work at a reasonable price and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t be more pleased and will recommend him to our friends.

Always friendly and helpful..

Gotten tomatoes plants there also pepper plants, strawberries plants also $1.29 each plants reasonable prices.
