Shane was fast, professional & easy to talk to. The only thing that caught us off guard was reading on the receipt that it was repaired with a part not made for our heater. To be fair the heater is "prototype" old. It also stated the repair was only good for 1 to 5 months 🤷‍♂️. I only hope this is a "no warranty" kind of statement.

Excellent service. Good communication prior to installation. Day of service was on time and furnace installed in a timely manner by a professional and courteous crew. Well done and I will use Tin Man again.

Shane Matter is, in my opinion, the best HVAC technician I've had in over 40 years living here. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am going to request Shane to check/repair my system when needed.

Christian provided excellent customer service. Very polite and professional. Had a furnace issue which he addressed and also spotted another equipment issue which he promptly took care of. I have used Tin Man Heating and AC for 8 years. I have been satisfied with each service call. I will continue to patronize Tin Man.

Tyler is an amazing person, with a big heart. Took time to walk my parents through everything that needs done. Was completely transparent with step by step, start to finish. We might not have been able to do it quite yet but are definitely giving Tyler and them a call when ready.

I needed my boilers to be checked and maintained, and they sent out Josh -- he did an amazing job clearly explaining what was going on with my boilers and even gave me a reasonable quote on a new boiler.
Not to mention he showed me how to fix my garage heater for free. He's also very responsive when I have questions with my new system and there were zero hidden charges or fees.

Tyler R was very polite and friendly, and respectful, knowledgeable, took time to listen and explain everything. Made sure I knew all my options and was very happy to help me. No hassle or pressure.
My normal company couldn't get me in, but when I called this one and they found out I had no heat, they squeezed me in even tho they was extremely busy as well. Person answered the phone was very polite and happy to help as well.
I will be calling this place from now on for all my heating n cooling issues. GREAT SERVICE!!

SO I THOUGHT, THAT CHANGED QUICK
I called to get my estimate to get it fixed and never got a reply and it's now Thurs with no heat. ( My heat went out Monday and they was here Tues) Very disappointed, so not sure if that is the company in office job or Tyler's.

We have had a few different technicians and they have always been knowledgeable, kind and respectful of our home. We appreciate the service we have received since they installed our new furnace/air conditioning unit. We have them twice a year to make sure things keep running smoothly.
