Reviews of local pros in Fremont, Ohio

Very knowledgeable, nice, and quick! I would recommend over, and over!

I do not have any experience with then. They never returned my call.

Phone is always busy... can't get to even leave a message!!

Went above and beyond to get s new part for old furnace and install it. Didnt do basic maintenance. Other company cleaned furnace and did minor things-furnace works good

Did a wonderful job, in a timely manner! Very happy with the work done. Would highly recommend!

I called for over one and a half hours. The line was busy. I later was told, Terry might have retired.

I had called Terry and he immediately called me back! He talked me through what was the problem over the phone! Problem fixed!! He is very highly recommended to all!!

He was a very knowledgeable guy when it came to what needed to be done. He was willing to work with us in a timely matter on a weekend nonetheless when everyone was close or busy. We appreciate him coming, even going over to Fremont to get the part that was needed the same day. We definitely recommend him and if needed in the future we will definitely be using him and his services again.

I have used Advanced Plumbing and Heating for decades. Recently, when you call, they never answer the phone. I attempted several different times of day, and different days of the week and no one ever answers. I left a message over a month ago and they never called back. I left a message about once a week for a month, and they never call back. I have been a great fast paying customer for decades, yet they do no respect their returning customers. I have since had to use another provider and they actually answered the phone. Do not bother calling Advanced Plumbing and Heating unless you like no one ever answering the phone or calling back. Now when you call it rings busy. Not very advanced like their name says. Sorry to the owner Butch, however you have really went down hill. At least I have found a better service provider.

Great customer service, got my hot water in a shower going within a few minutes and was not costly. Thank you Copperhead Plumbing!

Called Jarett out for clogged pipes. Was thinking I would just get an estimate and get put on the schedule but he took care of everything that day! Great work and professional.

Very pleased with this provider. He was willing to come out the same day, very reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Very prompt in returning phone calls. He bent overbackwards to help me get my issue resolved. I would not hesitate to call this business anytime for great service.

This young man knows his stuff. He replaced our sub pump. Took care issues we was having with drainage. Professional polite and reasonable. Will use again.
