Andy came out and was great! He figured out what the problem was right away. He had the part right in his truck and we didn’t have to wait get fixed. He explained what was wrong , how it happened and what we can do to prevent it happening again. I would definitely recommend using this company.

My repair man was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me tips on why my problem happened and how to eliminate it happening again. Was very impressed with him. Took time to explain what he was doing and what went why my oven failed.

Called for repair on my washer wouldn't drain told the mother board was bad. So went and bought a new washer. Did the exact thing so had to pay someone else to clean the drain. Turns out the washer worked fine the only thing that was bad was the drain after I bought a new washer After spending a lot of money for their service call and paying someone else service call to the drain and buying a new washer

Great service, showed me what was wrong and how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. It was simply a clogged motor with lint and just needed a vacuum. No parts needed. The price was reasonable since they came to the house. The service guy Andrew was super nice and friendly. Overall would recommend to friends and family.

The tech was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and had no problem taking our dryer apart. Something I thought would be easy but turned out to be quite challenging as it just wasn't like other standard dryers. He was straightforward and honest with me letting me know that it was a toss-up whether or not it's worth fixing our dryer, an older model for which the necessary part has been discontinued, or spending a similar amount of money on a new cheaper model. I appreciate the service I e received, I wood tentatively recommend their services to a friend as I only have one visit to base my opinion off of.

I called to get information for an estimate. The woman receiving the call told me that they charge hourly rates and that they charge more than cost to bring materials,& asked if I had materials. I told her no so I was going to be charged extra for needed materials and for the travel time for a 20 minute drive from fremont to graytown. I then told her that I wanted to get an estimate 1st. She told me they don't do estimates they only come out 1 time and do the repairs and bill you..I reiterated that I was 1st looking to get an estimate and she then very abruptly said good luck and hung up on me. Umm, crazy..who isnt willing to give repair estimates

This is where to get the hard to find electrical parts u can't find at Lowe's or other contractor supply places. If u need a breaker for some odd service panel they will either have it in stock or get it for u usually within a few days.

Do they ever answer their business phone or return voicemails? I have called several times in the past 2 weeks... not a single phone call answered nor was my voicemail followed up on.

I had called a week prior and asked for a quote was quoted $160 which I was very happy with and then had them come out the following Monday and Michael is the one who came out was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with the work thanks again
