We had 2 service techs, Zach and Chris. Both were very knowledgeable and explained what happened to our oven. We have Miele oven and it is difficult to find service for itI will only use them to service all of our appliances. Responded quickly and very personable techs!

Very good communication thru process. On time for both evaluation and repair appointments. Technician, Zach is a real asset. Great young man and incredible knowledgeable. Tested everything and cleaned up before he left. Could not be more pleased!

Worse place every. they gave me the wrong diagnostic and want me to pay another 120 for another diagnostic that might not be the right problem again. The owner won't call me back. The person that came to my house didn't put the screws back in my washer nore wear anything over there feet. They rip people off

The service technicians stayed at my house until 8:00 to get the job done!! They were professional and outgoing! There is no way they wanted to be at my house as late as they were but you would never know it. I would definitely call again for service! The best experience ever!

Joel did a great job checking the seal on my freezer door. He considered all options to find the best solution for the issue. He was polite, thorough and professional. Called for an appointment for my leaky refrigerator. I was accommodated in a reasonable time frame. Their service was fabulous. The tech was very efficient and professional and they took the time to keep my floors clean. My refrigerator was fixed and parts replaced for a reasonable cost. I loved having the emails and phone calls to keep me in the loop as their arrival time. Thanks Dean and Mr Appliance!

Chris was very professional and explained everything to me. However, I think that the charge for replacing the igniter on my gas oven was Way too much.

I recently had the privilege to have Zack. Come in, do a repair on my refrigerator he was extremely organized very competent and just a 5 star representative for this company. Very responsive and professional company. Our service technician Zach arrived on time. Very respectful of property, and professional. Diagnosed problem with our ice maker. New one needed. Agreed to quote. Installed within 15 minutes. My only disappointment was the expense.

Andrew and David were very thorough, explained what the problem was very clearly, very friendly (including with 2 pushy dogs) and gave detailed options on the repair. Looking forward to seeing Andrew again to complete the repair. Very happy with service so far.

Andrew showed up on time and did a professional job replacing the faulty parts on our dryer even though the old part decided to be problematic in its removal. Very personable tech.
