Just watched one of their company vans run a COMPLETE red light right in the center of town. Like literally numerous seconds after it turned red. Shame on them.

Guys were very quick and transparent about the issue and charged me a very fair price got my AC running great in no time.

On Wednesday May 17th I had Andrew and Wyatt of Black Swamp AC do a job off the books for me for $400 cash. They were suppose to swap out my old mini-split with a new one I just purchased, lines and all. The 2nd time it was turned on the air came out warm and refrigerant is now gone. Removed the cover off the refrigerant lines, they left the old lines on and took the brand new ones that came with the unit, the lines alone cost $165. They taped the old lines at the bottom to make it look like they replaced them. They even took the old unit. Now I’m stuck with a $1000 fan. Called both of them many times, left many messages and they will not return phone calls. Not sure which one is in charge. Don’t be fooled by their demeanor like I was. Guess that’s what they teach in trade school nowadays. Next time I will pay the money and go with a reputable company!!!

It was negative 10 below zero. Middle of night. My heat went out, and Andrew came out on a house call. Had the parts needed. And had my heat on in less than a hr. He was great Highly recommend him to anyone who needs help or is doing any hvac.
