I was looking for a new HVAC contractor after my guy retired and was recommended to call Black Swamp by a Fremont contractor who was not accepting new clients. Andrew and his partner Wyatt are young yet experienced. They are very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I feel lucky to have found my "new guy".

After getting jerked around from another HVAC company,I called Black Swamp.They diagnosed my machine inside of 30 minutes.They ordered the part and came back out to install it.Wyatt and his guys were very thorough and know what they were doing.I recommend them very highly!!

Andrew & Wyatt came & fixed the pipes on my sink that were leaking into my cabinets. I gave them a call & within 3 hours they were here to fix it. Quick & professional & will definitely keep doing business with them!

These guys made time in their busy schedule to troubleshoot my issue on short notice. Although my issue was not physically solved by them, they provided me with the knowledge to get an easy job done quickly. Their communication and professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommend!

They said my mitsubishi mini split needed a new motherboard. Had a guy come out the next day for a second opinion and he had it fixed in less 30 minutes because the only issue was a broken 2 wire coming out of the unit

The guy (Andrew) that came out was very professional, he seemed to know exactly what he was doing and he was courteous and kind. He looked at our boiler heater system and adjusted it for us (it was making very scary bangs). He stayed in communication with us and let us know he was on his way. I definitely recommend and I will call Black Swamp again if we need anything with our heating system.

Andrew is an excellent technician and a stand up guy. We just moved to town and he has already done a few small jobs for us. He always finds time to fit us in, does the work, and even stayed a few extra minutes to ensure things worked properly! You guys have a customer for life.

We have been looking forward to meeting Dan - have heard a lot of good things about him and his service. I called 2 weeks ago when our Furnace wasn't working and the person who answers the phones told us she'd try to get him out there the same day (Thurs) but at the very least he could be out the following day. We did not hear from anyone on Thursday or Friday, so I called last week and scheduled an appt with him for today at 11am. I didn't receive any confirmation so I called this morning and got their VM and left a message. When we didn't receive a response, and no one was here by 12:15, I called and tried to connect through the phone system to Dan but it disconnected. I was finally able to reach their front desk person who told me "she doesn't set Dan's schedule, to call back and select him from the options" - I explained that we tried that and were immediately disconnected. We ended up asking her to please reschedule for this Friday and she said she'd do that and hung up, didn't provide a time estimate or anything. Very disappointing.

Incredible team! My furnace basically hit the self destruct button and started blowing CO through the house. I called Black Swap and Andrew came within 1/2 hr to assess the situation. They had my new furnace installed the next day! I am so happy with the level of service I received from these young men, 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend!

Andrew and his team were awesome to work with. They kept us in the loop during the whole process. Our furnace replacement was in a tough spot in our attic and they were more the willing to do the work and did a great job. I can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They show up ASAP when you need them, they do quality work, they always have a good attitude, and they are reasonably priced.

Our furnace wasn’t working correctly and I called 3 other companies to come look at it and Black Swamp is the only one that you could speak to someone and within 45 minutes Dan was here and got right to it and fixed the problem! Very professional and courtesy! Will call them again when needed!!

Black Swamp Heating and Cooling very friendly. They came out to our house and replaced our old furnace with a new furnace yesterday. Called them today because our new furnace was running constantly they came out and fixed it. I highly recommend Black Swamp Heating and Cooling

Our furnace motor burned out today around 2pm. They sent a repair man over after a couple other calls. Now it's 4pm and the repair man Zack said he can still go pick up a universal motor and get it running still today. Now if that's not good service I don't know what is. Thanks to Zack and Wyatt for the fast service.
